Our wedding was in June on a 90+ degree weekend at a large campground venue and still managed to keep the decor, desserts, vendors all organized and on track with the day. pful from start to finish. Every monthly meeting she reminded us of something we always missed, and that is coming from me (who is very type A and likes to think I forget nothing haha). She was a perfect combination of practical help, but also she started to understand us as a couple early on and was able to use that knowledge to help us as individuals. She was always a pleasure to chat with, and I can honestly say I looked forward to every meeting with her. I joke that she was more of my wedding therapist sometimes, because she truly kept me sane. Nothing could have prepared me for how big of a help she was on wedding day! She knew my personality so well at this point that she knew exactly how to keep me calm, cool, collected and organized. Amelia always made us feel heard and cared for every step of the way. When I first met her in person at the rehearsal I literally cried because I was so happy and relieved she was there. I had full confidence that as long as Amelia was there, nothing could go wrong! Day of wedding she would ask me questions very bluntly, she wouldn’t beat around the bush, because she knew how to get the job done. My husband and I can not name one thing that went wrong on our wedding day, and that is because of Amelia! She was always 5 steps ahead as my husband and I were enjoying the biggest day of our lives. As you can see, I can ramble on and on about how incredible she is, and I am forever grateful for her. I already miss the monthly meetings, but I will always remember our wedding being perfect thanks to her. Best day ever! Best wedding anniversary planner/day/of coordinator ever!

ry thorough. We had our 30 day consultation; she ended up taking extra time to answer all of my questions for me, and to reassure me. Throughout that entire month, she was in communication with me, I never felt lost with her on my team. The week of, we had another final meeting, and we went through everything we had to set up, and she may be small but she is mighty. She made our wedding visions come to light, she had so many responsibilities on the morning of for setting up and she completed them flawlessly. She was amazing with problem solving on the day of. Our Rehearsal went so smoothly because of her. She was able to communicate effectively; and she then told my bridal party ( that seriously had so many questions for me) to redirect questions to her so that I could relax ( thank god). On the morning of I had vendors still contacting me ( they CC’d Amelia) literally not even 2 minutes after the email was sent, Amelia sent an email back to them. I cannot express more to you that she was so on top of her game. Before I walked down the aisle she was there for me, she provided me moral support, and she was so calm. For the entire day of, she was taking care of my husband and I. Ensuring we had enough to drink and eat ( even while we were taking our bridal portraits) she was absolutely amazing. Literally she puts your needs above everyone else, and also, SHE TOOK VIDEOS AND PHOTOS OF US ON MY PHONE. literally these are the things I’m clinging onto until I get my photos back, and she has so many candid photos, and she took a recording of our vows. She even packed our U-Haul with stuff at the end of her day. Amelia is quite truly amazing and I promise you, you will not go wrong choosing Amelia. She made our day go so perfect. choose her, I promise you, you will not regret it at all. - Amelia if you’re reading this, thank you so very much for being amazing. You are amazing at your job, and you have such a great personality. You were so fun to work with and I wish you nothing but happiness 🤍

My husband and I are not natural planners, and Amelia knew what decisions needed to be made and by when, ensuring that we did not miss out on a certain vendor if we wanted them. She broke the planning process down into manageable steps tailored for us. She was a dream to work with-responsive, creative, organized, and always 5 steps ahead. Amelia somehow translated our many scattered thoughts and inspo pics and was able to connect us with the perfect vendors for all of our needs. All of her vendor suggestions were spot on, and we had absolutely no issues with any of the vendors she recommended on our wedding day. Amelia’s local knowledge and connections made a huge difference. On the wedding day itself, we didn’t have to worry about a single thing. Amelia created a detailed timeline, coordinated seamlessly with all the vendors for setup and takedown, and made sure each vendor had everything they needed to do their job well. Our wedding was just about a month ago, and if there were any hiccups, we still don’t know about them. Just knowing that Amelia would handle anything that came up gave us so much peace of mind. Because of her, we were actually able to be fully present with each other and our guests on our wedding day. We couldn’t recommend Amelia more as both a wedding planner and day-of coordinator!! We are so grateful for her incredible planning and attention to detail throughout this process. Because of her, our entire wedding experience was smooth, enjoyable, and nowhere near as chaotic as it could have been-especially planning from out of state.

n working with Valery, she was so kind, organized, and professional. She listened to what we wanted, and always responded to us in a timely manner. She also kept us on track with wedding planning. The day of the wedding, she was truly incredible. Frist, she came in an hour early to help with the rehearsal when she didn’t have to. Before the ceremony, she helped with getting the venue ready, helped the photographers, helped keep our dog entertained while taking pictures, made sure everybody was where they were supposed to be, took out a stain in my dress, and so so much more. During our actual wedding, I didn’t even notice her because he was doing so many things like replenishing the dessert table when she didn’t have to, making sure our timeline was running smoothly, making sure our vendors knew where to go and when to set up. Everything ran SO smoothly because of her, truly. During cocktail hour, my husband and I were busy talking and saying hi to our guests, and she pulled us away for a minute and handed us a plate of appetizers that she made for us to eat. It was so simple, but my husband and I still talk about it to this day about how much we needed that, and how lovely Valery was. If you get lucky and get the chance to have her as your wedding coordinator, just know that you are in SUCH good hands and your wedding day will run so smoothly. She truly cares about her couples, and we couldn’t be more thankful for her.

She took charge of our rehearsal, and made sure everyone knew where they were going. She even focused on little things that you probably wouldn’t think of. She took down and put away some decorations after the ceremony, which was a big help. Brigitte also took pictures throughout the ceremony and reception and shared them the next day, and it was so nice to look back on those right away. If you want somebody to take charge and make your day less stressful, you will not regret hiring a day of coordinator at Vital Image!

ure things ran smoothly. However, if it wasn’t for the venues coordinator I don’t think everything would have been put together as expected. There were a lot of details pertaining to the wedding and there were some things that were not put up correctly and I had to fix/address. She did the best she could but it seemed that all the details overwhelmed her and it wasn’t something she could handle. There were a lot of things I had to repeat and go over or that she didn’t make note on. Rehearsal went very smoothly and she did a great job with that.

When it came to the decor, I told her to do what she can with some items as I was not sure how they would work or look. She exceeded my expectations - everything looked beautiful! Throughout, she kept us organized and chunked out what needed to be done into bite-sized pieces so we weren't overwhelmed. She brought ideas and guidance from her past weddings to help us make the best decisions for ours and feel confident in all aspects. On the wedding day itself, Amelia ensured the events were streamlined and everyone was in the right place at the right time. She checked in with us routinely to make sure that everything was going well and handled all vendor communication throughout the whole day. She even took the trouble of coming the day before for the rehearsal so the wedding party knew who she was, and to make sure the venue was set up correctly. We could not have pulled off our wedding without her - she is a thorough professional but also brings a great personal, human element that made us feel comfortable right off the bat. She is a great planner and we highly recommend her.

We met with her twice before the day and she was very organized and professional. She really helped us plan all of the transitions and I felt so comfortable going into the day. On the day of she set up all of the decorations and did an absolutely amazing job. All decorations were out, in the correct area and the whole venue look absolutely perfect, better than I could have imagined. She made sure the whole night ran very smoothly. I was never stressed or worried because I knew she was taking care of us. I couldn't suggest her, and vital images more, they really pulled off a perfect day for us.

I can’t emphasize enough how much help she was in taking a lot of the stress off my shoulders and allowing me to truly enjoy my day without any worries. She not only got us drinks and snacks, but also went as far as to assist me with my dress, make sure our cake made it to the freezer, and haul all of our cards/gifts back to the room after the reception. On top of this, she ensured all of our MANY candles were lit for the reception and even cleaned some of the tables up prior to leaving. This is not to mention all of the little things that she did on the side to ensure everything was perfectly as I had planned. Amelia was EXCEPTIONAL in every way and I would shout from the roof tops that we highly recommend her for any of your coordinating needs!!

One thing is I was reading the marriage license instructions and it said if you wanted a physical copy, you have to attach a check for $20 and the filled out form in order to get one in the mail. I added that to my marriage license, but she was sure I didn’t need either of them and that I would be getting a copy in the mail. It turns out I was correct and you do need to fill out the form and send in the check in order to get one. So now I have to find a way to get to a county office to pick up a copy. Just a little frustrating, but not a big deal. Overall she was great to work with and I would recommend her!
