with me on my menu. We scheduled a first tasting a few weeks after talking and he cancelled due to last minute conflicts. I was understanding as I knew these things happened, so we scheduled for a second tasting. My problem occurred when on the day of our second tasting Victor stood me up. I was "ghosted" by this company. He simply did not show up for our tasting and did not respond to me. I emailed him various times and my fiance called him twice and left a voice mail. We have yet to hear from him to this day. I am very upset because I put my planning on hold for a month until we hired catering (for budget reasons). This company has made me feel disrespected and confused. Not good feelings to have associated with your wedding. I feel very thankful I did not hire him for my wedding as the low prices justify the class and professionalism.

First of all, no one is open on Sunday's and second of all, who cancels an order a day before the event and then the client has to stress to get another company to get food out for that many people?! Come Monday 10 minutes before I was supposed to have lunch for my guys in boot camp training we're let down and my guys had to wait another hour before I could scramble to get another company to help me out. I was really let down by both companies but ezCater then said that it was totally unacceptable and they credited us money to use at another time for another company. I would NOT recommend working with these caterers!
