I don’t even know where to start because I have so many positive things to say. I have been working with Kaylee since June 2023 for my May 2024 wedding. Kaylee has been nothing short of exceptional to say the least. She is very professional & organized with her timelines and to-do lists. Since I am from out of state, I wanted to hire someone who was familiar with the area that could provide honest feedback and suggestions for my wedding. From the very first time I talked to Kaylee to see if she was available up until even today when we had a meeting, she has been attentive, responsive, filled with creativity, and just overall lovely to work with. You will not regret hiring Kaylee to be a part of your special day because she will literally take your ideas and dreams and transform them into reality in the most beautiful way.

We hired Kaylee as our day-of-coordinator for our January 2024 wedding in downtown Savannah. We simply cannot sing her praises enough. As a couple planning a destination wedding, it can be intimidating coordinating everything from a distance. Kaylee was always available for vendor recommendations and suggestions to make the process go smoothly. When we encountered communication difficulties with a vendor, Kaylee was quick to offer help in solving the problem. Her packages offer amazing tools to brides and grooms as they plan every step of their wedding experience. Her checklists and timelines were especially helpful for us, to ensure we didn't miss any details along the way. She was attentive and frequently touched base with us just to make sure we were feeling positive about the planning process. When the weekend of our event arrived, Kaylee was incredibly attentive to the details. She allowed us to step back and truly enjoy the day. Since we had a small and intimate wedding, she was able to help set our simple decor and also coordinate our music playlist for us. She went above and beyond to make sure our vision for the day was executed beautifully. Her passion for her work is evident, and we would highly recommend her services to any bride and groom planning their wedding in Savannah.

Wedding Belles made our wedding experience amazing and better than I could have ever imagined from the start of planning, to the day of finish! They thought of everything and were completely on top of making sure every one was prepared and on the same page! I could not have had my special day be as magical as it was with out them, and I will always be so grateful for their involvement and support in and through out my wedding!

We didn’t hire a wedding planner, we hired an off-duty angel who was GODSEND, from Wedding Belles. First let me say we should have paid Kaylee way more than we did, for all the hard work with smiles she delivered. We hired Kaylee shortly before our wedding and she immediately began to corral all our vendors and ensure everyone was on the same page. But the truly exceptional wedding planner skills came to the surface on the wedding day. We did our own decoration and my wife was busy getting ready for the day. I had an entire van full of decorations and layout plans to complete in less than 2.5 hours. It felt like an impossible task but here comes Kaylee to save the day. Kaylee did not hesitate to jump right in and helped me unload everything from the van. She then proceeded to set up all the tables based on the designs my wife provided. She even tackled these impossible chair sash designs to perfection. I tackled other duties at the same time. As soon as she was finished Kaylee jumped on other duties and followed the layout plans to the tee, at an amazing speed. Kaylee even set up our welcome table with no layout plan and it was perfect. Kaylee’s dedication did not stop there. She then turned her attention to making sure the wedding timing was on track and that my wife was taken care of and ready to go. The wedding went off without a hitch. Even during the reception, she was still working hard to make sure things were going as expected. Kaylee kept an eye on me and my bride to ensure we were always ok. A good example of this is when the bridesmaid was a little too inebriated and super Kaylee was there to bustle my wife's dress. Finally, at the end of the night, she helped me pack everything back into our truck and ensure the venue was clean. This was not in her contract but she still went over and beyond what was expected of her. If you want to ensure your wedding day goes as perfectly as it can I would highly recommend Wedding Belles, wedding planning rock stars.

Kaylee was an absolutely fabulous planner! She was very professional and kept good communication with us throughout the whole process. We definitely could not have pulled everything off so well without her. She had helpful and fun ideas that we hadn’t even thought of. Very glad we crossed paths :)

Kaylee was outstanding. I had the pleasure of working with her as I was the Dj for a wedding at the Coastal Botanical Garden. Her management skills are top notch. She's very engaging and goes the extra mile to make sure everything is running smoothly. I highly recommend her for all of your wedding planning needs.

Kaylee is amazing!!! She made the whole process smooth and easy even when unexpected complications arose. We lost our venue a just under a week before our wedding and within a day she went above and beyond and found us another venue. Even though it wasn’t the dream beach wedding we wanted Kaylee pulled together everything and made it even better! Thank you x a million!
