This was by far the best choice we made. Our wedding cake was beautiful and delicious. The cupcakes were the best. The canoli's and mini eclairs were my all time favorites and the guests ate them all.
Carolyn is so incredibly nice!!!
She set up a lovely tasting and make a lovely spread of small bites for the wedding. She made a special small cake for my nephew who has a severe tree nut allergy.
The only and biggest negative that occurred...
is the day of the wedding, the desserts were not labeled as discussed previously. There are several members of my family and friends who have health concerns (ie nut allergies or celiac disease) that would result in extreme health issues if they ate something they were not supposed to. I emphasized a number of times how important it was to have labels for the desserts to indicate gluten free and they sadly weren't. I know my family and friends do not NEED to eat desserts and it would have been nice to be able to offer them the option to do so too.
Our cake and sweets table was everything we had hoped for. Carolyn was extremely nice and accommodating. We even added on a last minute birthday cake and not only did she deliver, it was delicious.

to have a small one for the cake cutting, and I love the naked cake look. It was so great to see that a vendor near Dubuque does that! Then we said we wanted a dessert bar because the groom is more of a cheesecake/bars/chocolate fan. I've heard nothing but great things about our dessert bar. They were a hit! We wanted fall themed desserts since the wedding was October and we had mini pumpkin cheesecakes, mini apple pie, cream puffs. They were all so delicious! Surprisingly we had some leftovers but not that much, and they were great the next day! Thank you so much for putting our personal touch at our reception!

Carolyn can create anything. No order is too tall. She made us a vegan chocolate cake that was to-die-for and absolutely beautiful. Even the non-vegans LOVED it. She was so easy to work with, very communicative, and up for a challenge.
