Founded by Pioneer Valley native Shannon Cruise, Aligned Events strives to bring authenticity, joy and sustainable style to the event planning industry. Rejecting the notion of a one-size-fits-all approach, Aligned Events offers fully customized services that focus on each client’s unique needs. From vision boarding to budget planning, Aligned Events works with clients on details both practical and magical. Woven into its mission is to promote sustainable choices, support local communities, and to celebrate joyfully.

Our planning services are customized to your wedding and designed to match your vision and budget. From budget planning and vendor selection to day-of management and decor planning (and everything in between) - we’ve got you covered. We customize wedding planning so that the services include everything you need and nothing that you don’t. With our wedding planning services, you’ll also have full access to our collaborative planning software, Aisle Planner, to keep planning on track.

Whether you really love details or have a super organized bestie - sometimes full wedding planning isn’t the right fit. Need help tying everything together and handling vendor communication as the day approaches? Want a professional to manage the day so you can actually focus on marrying your sweetie? Wedding Management is where it’s at.
With wedding management, you’ll have unlimited email access to Shannon and our online planning system, Aisle Planner. This system is completely customized to your wedding and includes a comprehensive planning checklist, a resource-rich design suite, and even budgeting tools.
During our work together, we’ll review your vendor contracts and planning documents. A few months before your wedding we will have a detailed planning meeting to discuss all the details. We create a comprehensive timeline based on your planning to share with your vendor team. In the month leading up to your wedding we handle all vendor confirmation and deal with any minor last-minute issues that arise. When the big day is finally here, we will guide you through your rehearsal and manage every aspect of the big day.
