ACCOMMODATIONS Oakhaven provides 4 onsite accommodations for wedding parties, family and friends to enjoy! •The Manor House which dates back to the 1930's, will sleep up to 12. The perfect place for you and your wedding party to stay the night before the big day! With 6 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, a full kitchen, bridal dressing room and 2 sun rooms perfect for hair + makeup you can't go wrong with this gorgeous home! •The Bungalow is the perfect place for out of town guests to come and stay. Maybe a grandparent, aunt and uncle or even a close family friend, this home provides 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, full kitchen and a safety ramp for those who may need it. •Woodrow's Cabin is a century old Log cabin and loved by all the groomsmen! With 2 bedrooms, a loft and 2 bathrooms, this cabin can sleep up to 7 guests. •The Cottage is our newest accommodation and it is the cutest! Our 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom "honeymoon cottage", is the perfect place for couples to slip away to after the party has ended. Located across the field from Oakhaven it is the easiest wedding night stay you'll find. The cottage has a full kitchen, flat screen TV and comes with complimentary breakfast bread and a bottle of champagne. The Manor House is included in all wedding packages for DAY OF GETTING READY. All overnight accommodations must be reserved and added to your package. CEREMONY SITES Ceremonies are all individual and unique. We have 3 ceremony sites that most couples choose. •The Manor Gardens is one of our favorite ceremony locations. With lush green grass, flowering beds and borders and a stone walk way that leads to our gazebo, this site is the perfect romantic spot to pledge your love. •The Oak Tree is our most popular ceremony location. Couples love our 100 year old oak tree and we can't say that we blame them. Providing ample shade during the summer months and old church pews for seating this ceremony site is breathtaking. •Oakhaven's Grand Dutch Barn gets its appeal from paneled old wooden walls. Oakhaven sought this feature from Corral Wood in Montana. No Barn can match its appeal. It is Perfect for any season as it is completely heated and cooled, to any temperature you want. Our 10 foot wide stone fireplace is a focal point both summer and winter. You can't go wrong with this indoor ceremony spot! This is also our rain plan option. Summerfield Farms has a long and celebrated history as a prosperous working farm, thriving among groves of tall, leafy oak trees. In the 1930s, the Gamble family owned the property, where they grew tobacco and raised cows in the fields. In 1946 they built the large barn, which remains on the grounds today. David Couch acquired the property in 1998. He modernized the farm by introducing holistic management techniques and restoring the buildings on the property to be used as event spaces and luxury lodgements. Today, Summerfield Farms is home to barn houses, cozy cottages, and sprawling patios that can accommodate large and small weddings. At Summerfield Farms, there are plenty of indoor and outdoor ceremony sites to choose from based on the size of your party. There are two luxury farmhouse suites for the wedding party to use as get-ready areas, and you will have access to the venue all day. They can provide tables and cross-back chairs for up to 150 guests, and their team will take care of setup, breakdown, and cleanup at the end of the night. Their on-site event specialist will work with you through the planning phase up until the wedding itself, ensuring that everything runs smoothly. All wedding packages include a two-hour rehearsal slot to run through your ceremony ahead of time and a three-hour timeframe for a photo session.

The venue has preserved the property’s history, and restored Heron Hall from the farm’s original warehouse and grain silo. The amazing oversize glass roll-up doors are ideal for gazing out over the 115 acre prairie preserve. Take pictures under the green roof trellis or on the inner courtyard. Heron Hall can seat 250 guest inside or up to 300 when including the 4 seasons covered patio which comes equipped with electric heaters and fans.
