Natural light through antique glass makes it a photographer’s dream. With over 500 weddings to date, this 10,000 square foot venue has won the heart of the entire river region. Amenities include tables, chairs, drapes, lighting, a stage, bride’s room, staging furniture, lighted outdoor deck, kitchen, three bathrooms and a courtyard (perfect for an outdoor wedding and an indoor reception!). The 8,000 square foot main room easily accommodates both the ceremony and the reception with plenty of room for all the traditional wedding stations including food service, DJ, cake, photography booth, memory table, intimate seating vignettes and more. The decorating options are endless but our brides tell us that our venue is so beautiful that no additional decorating is necessary! However, we encourage your creativity and personalization with your own aesthetic choices. Chandeliers and twinkle lights are guaranteed to transport you into a world of beauty and sacredness. Plus, there are procession areas for sparkler exits and glamourous entrances. The facility easily accommodates your wedding themes whether traditional elegant, boho, industrial, rustic, art deco, vintage, roaring twenties or holiday themes. Management is extremely flexible allowing you to bring your own food or caterer and encouraging all your vendor choices. Five massive doors make load in/load out logistics superb and also allow the venue to act as an open pavilion in ideal weather. There is ample heating and cooling for your comfort in all weather conditions. The facility is both glorious and extremely functional to ensure the ease of your event. Autauga Place & Grand Paw’s Barn is a historic wedding venue located in Autaugaville, AL. Situated on the corner of Autauga Street and Academy Street, this unique house still retains its charm from when it was built in 1896. Couples can accommodate up to 400 guests at this vintage-style venue. If you prefer an outdoor ceremony, they offer a romantic gazebo on their beautiful property for you to say your “I dos”. For your reception, you can dine in their main house. Built in the late 1800s, this charming residence was recently renovated in 2009, yet still boasts historic details. You also have the option of dancing the night away in Grand Paw’s Barn. This rustic-style barn was built in 2017 with reclaimed wood from Ricky Tucker’s great-grandfather’s barn off of County Road 9. It boasts heated and air conditioned bathrooms, a wood burning fireplace, and an ice machine. Its light fixtures are made from farm implements and its trash cans are constructed from old tin and wood. There’s also a 100-inch projection TV that you can use as you see fit. This country-style wedding venue offers couples all-inclusive packages, so all of their planning needs can be taken care of in one place. You can rent out Autauga Place & Grand Paw’s Barn separately or together, depending on the size of your affair. They offer exclusive catering by Karen Tucker Catering, who will provide a mouthwatering meal in the serving style of your choice.
