Eventually I moved up to New Hampshire, and a few years ago crossed the bridge (figuratively and literally) to Vermont, where my partner and I live in our DIY tiny house on a few acres of beautiful forested land that we've set up a little homestead on. Being a wedding filmmaker involves so much responsibility, and so much finesse. When I go out to shoot for a couple, I'm locking down angles and shots that I know will tell the story of a moment, of a location, of a design choice a couple has made for the reception. Movement, timing, depth of field, focal length, artistry. Fourteen years of wedding experience has taught me something, and now I'm ready to make films for people in the area I love and call home.
