r, her ideas blew us away. She is also an amazing business woman. Detail oriented and a fierce negotiator. We felt she had our back the whole time. We literally just gave her my black card and our wish list of things most important to us (great bands, high end cocktails, gourmet food, and our vibe), she did the rest.
