Weddings over Waterfalls is a small to medium size destination wedding venue catering to the nature loving adventurous and adventurous at heart. The setting here is so uniquely gorgeous we truly speak without hyperbole. You simply cannot and will not find a more special setting if you seek the mountains and waterfalls. Let's start off with the effort you're going to make because at the end of the day, those looking for a traditional wedding should not, and will not ultimately be choosing us. And for good reason. We aim for the couple who is undeterred thus far and still reading. And we're thrilled you are! So here we go: We are an exact 1 hour drive from Asheville. Your guests will likely be staying in local airbnb's rather than a hotel. Asheville's hotels available - but Airbnb's range from singles to 20+ capacity and are quite the bargain and far more special when you think about it. While you can choose a seated ceremony, the best and most magical spot will require most of your guests be standing. You will have a tent reception (beautiful and side panel rain protected if needed of course). Your food will be catered in - but the good news is - you have so many amazing choices from many of Asheville restaurants and specialty caterers. Now to the Benefits and the WHY you both may want to choose such a place: You will find yourselves within a purely private, National Geographic-like setting. If we're soothsayers, you will likely say your "I do's" between two rushing creeks and falling water, all the while under a gorgeous, arbor made from trees cut right from this property, itself. You and your guests can perch yourselves above and beside (and under?) 4 acres worth of waterfalls all day and night long, as there are pathways along, and even high above the creeks to enjoy. You will always be hearing the ever-present, soothing sounds of water from all directions. Your reception will be tastefully held between the creek and and a forest so idyllic you may even see a unicorn. (no guarantees) And, oh yeah - the waterfalls, boulders and trees light up at night in beautiful colors. Know we'll have a dedicated team who will make your wedding day for you and your guests one to remember, and to the envy of all others. it will be the wedding they ALL talk about for years. The in-house event designer and coordinator will collaborate with you to bring your ideas to life. Nothing will be left for chance. This spot is not for everyone.
