re at once. My venue had a coordinator and bridal assistant assigned to me for the day of but the truth is that their main concern is the venue/catering! I also knew that I'd need to have someone outside of my bridal party and family who could help make sure vendors/deliveries arrived, decor was set up properly, wrangle family members for photos, and just be a neutral voice of command (let them do the "scolding" so I didn't have to look like a bridezilla!). Even though I only needed day of coordination, Kristi came into the picture to take over everything 60 days out. She was truly a godsend because that's when you really start to feel overwhelmed as you're focusing on not only finalizing so many details but your bridal shower/bachelorette. I was really able to focus on little details that matter (like our vows!) because Kristi took care of finalizing the timeline, vendor communications/confirmations, floorplan, etc. It was great to have someone to bounce ideas off of or get advice from as well really from the moment we booked her. On the day of our wedding we had Nicole, Evan, Shannon, and Erica from Kristi's team (a few of them also attended our details meeting with our venue + our rehearsal the day before). They were AMAZING and we were so glad they were there so we could truly be guests at our wedding! We felt so relaxed and truly had the best day of our lives. It also feels really good to know that since we didn't have to assign any of our friends/family "jobs" they also genuinely had the best time!

Every meeting was detailed, everything you can imagine was accounted for, every vision that I had in my head for what I wanted the day to look like was magically pulled out by Kristi and her team. They alleviated so much pressure during such a stressful time. Because of them, both my husband and I were actually able to be guests at our own wedding and enjoy every minute of it. We cannot recommend them enough when it comes to wedding planners!

a special residence, with a guest count of 200. Being a control freak myself, I was nervous to place the responsibility of planning into other people's hands, never mind strangers! When I tell you that Kristi and her team listened to every single detail, worry, and must-haves/ have nots of my wedding day - and consistently followed through with answers, delivering on the details, and (most of the time) even better ideas - I could not believe how lucky I was to find them. My wedding was the best day of my entire life, and I swear it was due to this incredible team at Verve (s/o Kristi, Erika, Alexis, and Kortnie!!!). They had me think through every single detail leading up to the day of the wedding so that on the day of I was relaxed and could simply enjoy the day and soak it all up. The Verve team is patient, innovative, extremely talented and well-networked and respected in the industry. Each team member brings a different set of skills to the table, and together they create the perfect balance of skills for a powerhouse team. One story... my bustle completely broke while entering the ceremony, and I hadn't even done my first dance yet! The Verve team quickly jumped in to re-adjust the schedule, communicate to all vendors, and Verve team member Erika literally re-bustled my dress with safety pins!! Our guests had no idea any of that even happened, or that we even adjusted the schedule because of the seamlessness that the team provides in any situation, and the skillsets (ie. fashion design!!!!) to make my bustle look as good as new. Literally my mom didn't even know that all happened. Lastly, I cannot stress enough how important and essential the relationships and introductions to vendors that the Verve team provided were. In a world filled with SO many options, choosing your vendors can easily be the most overwhelming part of planning your wedding - they are critical to every single detail of your day. The Verve team introduced me to their trusted vendors who they have spent years creating relationships with, and I swear that this narrowing down of options, and simply knowing that these vendors were trusted and going to do an amazing job, made choosing my vendors actually a fun process because I knew I couldn't go wrong! I cannot thank them enough for all of the work they put in to making my wedding day perfect. It would not have been the same day without them by my side throughout the entire process.

I had also heard from multiple vendors of mine that Kristi had coordinated with that Kristi was such a pleasure to work with and made the experience so seamless for them as well. As my maitre' d had said to me - I wish I could hire Kristi to help me with organizing my life full time! The day of coordination team with Verve was absolutely amazing. Nicole, Evan, and Shannon were so fun! They made sure my husband and I ate, fixed my dress throughout the night, and even brought portable fans for my wedding party to use on our very humid wedding day while we were taking photos. if there was something that happened during my wedding that didn't go according to plan, I have no idea about it because the team took care of all the details all night. Not only are they so good at their jobs, but Nicole, Evan, and Shannon are SO nice. We loved them! Their energy rubbed off on us and the rest of our party and made us all feel relaxed and ready to enjoy the day. I cannot thank the Verve team enough for making our dream day a reality!!

ad the way from there. I have a demanding work life, so having Kristi to create a detailed timeline, communicate with the many vendors, and put together all the other details was a true life saver! The planning website she sets up Day 1 is the most thorough thing I’ve seen too. And Erica’s design was SPOT ON 💁🏼‍♀️ She ran with my ideas and created the most beautiful space. And I can’t say enough about how seamless the actual day went thanks to our coordinators!! Nicole and Shannon always made sure we had a glass or plate in our hands and seriously made us feel like top priority all day 🐐🐐 I said from the beginning that I didn’t want this wedding to feel like another stressful job, and the WWV team made sure of that! What more could you ask for in a planner!?

First of all, Kristi was amazing to work with leading up to the wedding. She was incredibly thorough, and asked us questions we wouldn't have even considered. She has such a great energy and is so organized and professional. As soon as we had our initial meeting with her, we both breathed a huge sigh of relief because we knew we were in very experienced and capable hands. This level of confidence in our coordinator was invaluable to us during the stress of wedding planning. For the day-of coordination, we had Nicole, Jen, and Evan. I'm not kidding when I say they were absolute life-savers. Our venue was way less organized than we had hoped. The day-of coordinators kept everything running smoothly. I later found out that there were several small-ish problems that came up while we were all getting ready, and they solved each one without me even being aware of it. I was really able to enjoy the process of getting ready with my friends and family and just trust that everything was going to turn out perfectly. Nicole was very intuitive about what I needed throughout the day; she literally anticipated what I needed before I even knew that I needed it, more than once. She was also firm when she needed to be, whipping my bridal party into shape when it was time to line up and walk down the aisle! Jen's work was more behind-the-scenes, but I know she spent hours making sure all the decor was as perfect as possible which is also invaluable. Evan helped out with my two blind dogs who were in attendance, which must not have been easy for him, but he did a great job and we never had to worry about them throughout the day! Finally, at the beginning of my reception, there was a small disaster involving my dress - basically the front of the dress was ruined. This was obviously devastating and I really didn't know what to do, so I just sat back down and started eating my dinner with a messed up dress. When Nicole and Jen found out what had happened, they whisked me down to the bridal suite, poured me some wine, and Nicole painstakingly stitched up my dress so that the ruined part was hardly visible at all. In fact, many of my guests didn't even know anything had happened to my dress. I can't express how grateful I am for this - without her help, my ruined dress would have been front-and-center in so many of my fun reception photos. Since she fixed it, you would never be able to tell anything was wrong with it at all unless you were specifically looking for it. You need to hire Wedding with Verve for your wedding! The peace of mind and problem-solving they provided us was worth every penny and then some!

ing all that they did, I don't know how I could've executed our wedding without the WWV team. I had the pleasure of working closely with Kristi and Nicole, as well as Evan and Shannon. We started working with Kristi about 2 months before the wedding and we quickly realized that any concerns we had would be handled by their team. They thought of almost everything so that we would be completely prepared for our big day. As someone who considers themselves pretty organized, Kristi exceeded all my expectations in that department. She was on top of all of our vendors, and prepared a detailed timeline for them (and us) that was such a helpful resource leading up to our wedding. Kristi answered any questions we had, and handled any last minute changes/issues that came up (with a smile I might add). Nicole was with us on the day-of, and she was EXCEPTIONAL - I felt like we had been friends for years. Without her (and the rest of the team) the day would not have gone so well! She kept us on track with our timeline, dealt with a vendor of ours who ended up being a bit difficult, and not only did she ensure that my husband and I were well taken care of (changing my shoes, making sure I ate, etc. etc.), but our families and bridal party as well (she even sewed a guests pants that ripped before the wedding!!). Evan and Shannon were also SUCH a pleasure to work with, ensuring we were on track with the timeline, and executing a lot of behind the scenes details that I did not have to think about the day-of. I cannot thank the WWV enough and would HIGHLY recommend hiring them!!!!

of her team and I can say without a doubt that they helped the wedding run more smoothly than ANY other wedding I've worked. From getting ready with the bride and groom to the actual ceremony and reception, Nicole and her team coordinated the venue staff, the photography & videography team, and all of the other vendors while also keeping the wedding on schedule and ensuring that the bride and groom were attended to throughout the entire day. If you want your wedding to be a wonderful, stress-free day that you look back on fondly, I would absolutely recommend Weddings with Verve to help coordinate your special day.

overall energy / personality of Kristi and her crew were flawless. My staff truly enjoyed partnering up with Weddings with Verve and the wedding was a beautiful success. Can't wait to have many more events together! Kristi definitely raised the bar in the event coordinating world and I wouldn't settle for anything less in the future. Killed it!

ine and made sure I didn't know there was a tornado warning(!) or a scramble to set up my ceremony indoors. We were able to take our pre-ceremony photos outside before the rain, and they were there with the photographer to keep us exactly on time (like literally predicted the exact moment the rain would start... 3:29 PM). We were taking our last photo right before the first drizzle started. They were kind and calm with me and my other vendors, and they made sure I was comfortable the whole day, bringing me water, holding my train and veil, etc. They were also so sweet with social media posts about my flowers, my dress, etc. which made me feel proud and special. About 6 weeks away from my wedding, I started to panic about pulling everything together. I was on the fence about hiring a month/day-of coordinator because I hadn't budgeted for it. Working with WWV was the best decision I made in the entire planning process. Can't recommend highly enough!

We got married down the Jersey Shore and had a lot of loving pieces that Kristi and team took care of without us even asking. They are no joke good luck charms. Brielle was amazing so kind and patient and sweet while my bridal party and I were getting ready! She helped us make sure our makeup was top notch since I didn’t have a makeup artist. She also was very attentive and made sure I ate what I had to eat and was feeling great the whole time. She kept us on schedule all while not rushing us at all. Nichole did an amazing job setting up our venue, my vision literally came to life everything I hoped it would look like was exactly how it came out. Things always go wrong at weddings so when our guests were lingering outside of the church for far too long Brielle and Nichole stepped up and gently ushered everyone inside so I can get married! They made sure my lipstick was touched up for photos and had our beverage of choice within reach during photos. My toss bouquet wasn’t at my table when I got there but immediately Brielle came by with a toss bouquet that mirrored my original bouquet, I’m guessing they built it themselves.. later on I found out my amazing florist left it in her car. They saved the day in so many ways. Everyone was hesitant when I said I hired day of coordinators saying I won’t need them but at the end of the night I was so thankful I stuck to my decision because I was able to enjoy my night dancing and making memories with family and friends. If you are leaning on your decision to hire these girls lean to the YES side, these girls will help you go from Bridezilla to Bridechilla in a snap!

Even when it came to rescheduling due to the pandemic, she handled it as if she has been handling pandemic vendors for her entire career! rge wedding party that wanted to party and Brielle helped to keep everyone focused and on time during the day. They have a little survival kit they bring around to help with anything that you may need ( and iron, bobby pins, hair spray, tide to go sticks, and so much more you would never even think of ! ) One of my life saving moments was when we were at the reception and realized I forgot my gift from my husband at my house and started to panick, Brielle stepped in, sent her assistant to my house to get it and everything was fine! Highly recommend to everyone this amazing team! Plus they can do makeup and hair, love them! Want to use them to plan all my parties haha

and plan the details of the wedding. This is not for everyone, but I knew it was right for my wedding. I found "Weddings with Verve" about two months before my wedding. After speaking with and meeting the team, I felt confident in leaving my wedding vision in their hands. The team was professional, responsive, and highly coordinated. A "naked-space" wedding is something that was extremely conceptual and my fiancé and I had to take a leap of faith that the vision would come to fruition.
