Well Spun Weddings

We are SO glad that we decided to just go for it. Well Spun was incredibly helpful and put together a package for us that met our needs without trying to oversell us on all the things. They were very flexible and supportive as we had to reschedule our wedding twice because of the pandemic. Leading up to the ceremony, we filled out a detailed form, which the Type A in me appreciated. I felt that the videographer was really going to know the plan, and I was comforted by that. Day of, our videographer, Kevin, was AMAZING. I loved his sense of humor and artistic style, and he ended up catching so many lovely moments. He was great the whole day and was such a warm person. The team that edited our footage blew me away. Again, I wasn't looking for much since I really just wanted the raw footage, but I cannot express how grateful I am that we decided to get what we did. The highlight video made me tearful, and I will treasure that for many years. Thank you so much!

Jonathan was able to capture every beautiful moment from our first look, ceremony and reception without feeling like a presence. Jen, who edited our video, was extremely responsive and tailored our highlight film to capture all of the best moments from our amazing day. I am so grateful that we chose Well Spun Weddings to document our wedding and to provide us with this video that we are able to share with friends and family as well as have for ourselves for generations to come!

almost every time and I obviously didn’t even know these couples haha). Very quiet, intimate moments they captured, very big, goofy & fun moments. They got the feel of the whole day as I imagined I wanted to remember our big day. PLUS, they have a vintage filter option you can add which makes your wedding video look totally vintage and old school and that was just the coolest thing to us. So of course, we chose them. Coordinating everything prior to the wedding was very easy, nothing complicated. They responded to our emails right away and we were always on the same page with them throughout the process. We never felt in the dark. We had the pleasure of working with Aubrey and Zack. They showed up on time & ready to go and got right to it. Most of the time, we barely knew they were there but in the moments we did, we were all laughing and bonding and having so much fun and that’s what it’s all about. They were relaxed, so we were relaxed and I know that’ll show through in our video. It was quite cold on our wedding day and we weren’t thinking about it much because we were having such a blast with them and our photographers. It was just a really solid group of people altogether. Aubrey was scheduled to show up an hour early to capture my getting ready footage and Zack was scheduled to stay an hour later to capture our cake cutting and we wanted our final shot of our video to be us together by the fire pit. When you, whoever is reading this, gets married, you’ll realize that “you’ll be running around all day long talking to people constantly” is so true- we got caught up and didn’t realize that Zack’s time was over for the night and we still hadn’t gotten our fire pit shot. When we realized this, feeling terrible about it lol, we ran over, found him and he was just totally cool and said “yeah, let’s do it!” He spent several minutes out of his time that had already been technically over for our day to make sure we got the perfect ending shots to our video. It was very deeply appreciated, especially after him being there for as long of a day as it was. If you want easy breezy communication, really awesome people to work with, a beautiful video as I know ours will be, we highly recommend Well Spun Weddings. We can’t wait to receive our footage and relive the day all over again. ❤

ay of the wedding, Craig and Joe were our videographers. They were on-time and coordinated very well with our photographers (Josiah & Steph). We got our highlight reel (~3 min) just under 3 months after the wedding and I LOVED it! It was beautiful and just about everything I had hoped for based on the example videos I had seen on their website. And 2 weeks after that we received our final 1 hour documentary of the day as well as the raw videos. It was a pleasure working with Well Spun Weddings and I highly recommend them for the price and quality they provided.

s just so authentic. After booking with them, we found that they were extremely easy to work with. I had a form to fill out to specify all the details for the wedding and we communicated over email. Day of - Bobby was our shooter and he arrived on time and had no issues finding anything. I basically saw him twice that day - when he arrived and when he told my husband how much fun our wedding was on his way out. I only mention that because I remember at another wedding, the camera crew was SOO noticeable and had so many contraptions all over the place that it got in the way of celebrations. Bobby was very smooth in his operations and somehow captured every little detail throughout the day. After the wedding, Jen was the one editing our film. She made our highlight film for us to approve style. I had so many little changes that I definitely edged on "obnoxious" but Jen was so accommodating the entire time and made every single one of my changes. After our changes, the team worked on our full length feature film and got that to us before the promised date. We have watched it many times already. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Well Spun to anyone and I am so thankful I chose to work with this team.

On our wedding day, Well Spun was unobtrusive and to be honest, we didn't even realize they were there. Well Spun provided a trailer, a full length feature film and even customized a short film that we could post on our social media. In the months leading up to our wedding, my husband couldn't stop talking about how much he wanted drone footage in our wedding film. I worked with John and the staff of Well Spun films to surprise him with a drone video…and we pulled it off! He didn't know until the day of our wedding that I had arranged for Well Spun to bring a drone and capture moments of our wedding from up above!
