I don't think I've ever looked better! The day-of, Mikayla and her assist showed up right on time and were able to pull off some great looks. My maid of honor had dreads that they braided beautifully and even handled my pickier girls with professionalism and grace. Thank you so much, WCB for a great experience!

for our big day. Not only is Mikayla a total pro, but she is FUN! This was so important to me. All I wanted on my big day is to be stress free and just enjoy the day while marrying the love of my life. Mission was sooo successful. I was with my closest friends and family and Mikayla and (I feel horrible I can't remember but I think Kelly) fit right in. It was so great. I would totally recommend them. They were amazing!

Prior to the day of my appointment, we had never met and I didn't come with a clear picture of what exactly I wanted my hair to look like. When I sat down in Mikayla’s chair, I showed her only one photo and attempted to use my hands to describe the style I like. (I was not helpful) However, she immediately said "You want the Hollywood S Curl", and nailed it with a name I didn't even know existed! I love that she had me face away from the mirror during styling, because when she was finished and turned me towards the mirror....I LOVED IT! I am NOT an emotional person, and much less a PUBLIC crier but I couldn't hold the tears of complete joy back. I loved my hair more than I can put into words, and it’s the one day of my life that when people told me I looked beautiful....I 100% agreed with them. Mikayla’s styling was a key part of what made my day wonderful. Plus, she was enjoyable to talk to during my session!

n love with my hair and makeup from my wedding day, which involved a last minute change in hair style, and she still nailed it! I had concerns about the amount of time we had to get 4 people done and Alyssa assured me that with the two people, they would be done with plenty of time to spare. They finished hair, makeup and lashes for my 3 bridesmaids and myself in about 1.5hrs and everyone looked PERFECT! ess than an hour while I was just sitting at work! Not only did it look cakey and blotchy as I was leaving, but within an hour of the trial there were multiple spots where I had no makeup left..I can't imagine what it would be like on my wedding day where I was probably sweating/hugging people/etc. My foundation lasts longer when I do it myself, so I don't see much value in this as it's the only reason I wanted to get my makeup done in the first place, even though I did like the eye makeup. Mikayla was nice enough to try a few hair styles, but having long -lasting makeup was the reason I went to them in the first place. Really disappointed and frustrated that I paid for an expensive trial for nothing.

It was so nice to have one less worry the last few weeks leading up to the big day. On the day of White Carpet bride showed up to the salon on time, enthusiastic, and ready to knock out everybody's makeup. They were so efficient and we were done getting ready with even a few extra minutes to spare :) I cannot thank them enough and would 100% recommend them to anyone looking for amazing make up artist for their wedding.

ssa I was pretty sure my search was over! About 30 mins later when I saw how amazing I looked I was done! There was no one else I wanted to do my hair or makeup! She had somehow managed to work my super short hair into an elegant updo and my makeup was amazing, I still felt like me and felt beautiful!!! On the big day Alyssa and Becky showed up a little early which was perfect! We never felt rushed and they were able to get all five of us ready and ahead of schedule! They were both so friendly and made everyone feel gorgeous. My two bridesmaids both commented on how much fun they had getting all done up for the wedding! My husband has also commented multiple times on my makeup. He keeps telling me how amazing I looked! I have already started telling everyone I know that could possibly be getting married to check out the website and the blog!!!

My wedding trial was so perfect and I was in awe at how she made me look like a real life Disney princess. I kept asking myself, "wait is this really me? Who is this girl!!" Haha. She made the whole experience super fun and relaxing. I felt like I was already best friends with her as soon as I sat down in that salon chair. My makeup and hair were exactly how I wanted. I still think she has magic hands. She took a lot of pictures during the trial run to make sure to deliver the same high quality makeup and hair on the day of the wedding. It was so much fun working with her the day of. I felt like she was my best friend coming to visit me, made sure I wasn't stressed out, and we just talked about a lot of things and BOOM. She was like, okay I'm done! I look in the mirror, and wow it was the same exact high quality amazing hair and makeup from the trial. Like those false lashes she put on me? YES GIRL. Mikayla is very professional, kind, and reliable. I'm so glad I hired her for my wedding. My husband couldn't take his eyes off of me the whole entire day and kept telling me how beautiful I was on the day of. Seriously the best makeup and hairstylist HANDS DOWN! I highly recommend White Carpet Bride for your makeup and hair for your wedding!!!

She also made both my mom & mother in law (who are also not used to being made a fuss over) feel comfortable with getting pampered. If I wanted something tweaked or had questions, she was SO easy to talk to/give advice/change it up if needed. She also did a trial with my mother and they went over multiple hair styles as well as giving my mother product education. Needless to say my mother felt the same way about showering at the end of that day :) I seriously cannot say enough good things about how I looked and felt on our wedding day. I was a glamorous version of me- not a different version of me, which was important to me. I cannot begin to count the compliments I, and my bridesmaids, received. My husband was literally speechless (which does not happen often :) ). I would do it all over and over again if I could. I few ever have an event or pictures that I need a little bit of glam for I will book them again without hesitation. All the love right now <3

eel like i wasted $180 and my time too. The lady who did my make up overall is ok but my make up look below average. I know how to put my own make up and showed up with a bare face. The foundation she used is dark for me although i have a tan. The application is thick too. The overall application is not professional at all ( e. g. eyebrows, lipstick , eyeshadow) I initially thought she know what she’s doing. I asked for an updo because i have long hair and showed some pictures. It doesn’t look good at all. It looks messy at the back. I can’t tell the difference between the bronzer and the blush. My eyeshadow looks chalky and she placed it in the corner of my eye to my lid.I asked for a natural make up look and it is the worst make up application i’ve experienced in my life. I honestly don’t know how they come up with amazing reviews??? If you have very low expectations and don’t know how to put make up? then go for them. I was debating if i should write a review or not but i dn’t want other brides to waste their money and their time like i did. After the make up application she asked me if i wanted to change something about my make up, overall i’m just unhappy and i can’t believe that these kind of application is $150 and they call themselves professionals. The make up gurus in youtube are definitely better. As soon as i got into the car, i used an oil control film. As i expected, thick foundation application and greasy.

ding Alyssa and her team were on time and even did a great job making all my girls look perfect. The girls were so happy with their looks which helped and showed in our pictures! When my husband saw me for the first time he said “I knew you were going to look pretty, but I didn’t think you would look THAT pretty.” I cannot thank Alyssa and her team enough! They took all of my dreams and made them a reality!!!

they were constantly making sure the look was what I wanted (more natural), and were completely responsive to any changes I requested. For my bridal party, they listened to create the look each person wanted. And I had moms in retirement, a flower girl in elementary school, bridesmaids, and a groomswoman for them…so quite a bit of variation. But the whole time, they made everyone feel relaxed and pampered, and in the end we all looked stunning…and we had the best time in the process! If you want the best and no stress along the way, White Carpet Bride is the way to go.

I assured them that the girls at White Carpet Bride take direction very well, and if you wanted something slightly different, to definitely speak up and they will do what you want to fix it! I worked specifically with McKenzie and she was so good at interpreting my vision into something that I felt comfortable in. McKenzie was so also knowledgeable in make-up specifically for your wedding day. You don't think about how long of a day it is and how important your make-up lasting through all the pictures and ceremony and into the reception really is! I love that they provide lashes for everyone as well as a part of their services. I don't think anyone in my wedding party had worn lashes before and everyone agreed that the ones WCB uses are super natural looking and really do make the difference! They were so efficient as well! We started hair and make up for 8 people at 9am and they were finished by 12:30pm! Overall, a fabulous team that I would recommend to anyone on their wedding day - totally worth the money! :)
