Holly and Jolene really went above and beyond by scouting out awesome locations to take pictures--places I never even knew existed, and I grew up in Dayton! We would absolutely recommend White Lotus to anyone.

Kami took our engagement pictures and helped us pick the perfect location for what we were looking for (my husband and I were clueless and had no idea where to start with locations). She made us feel comfortable and natural. We met Jolene with Kami for our wedding day pictures and they were a great team for us. I felt like my husband and I became friends with them! We ended up getting married on the hottest day of the year, and even when I felt overwhelmed and overheated, Kami and Jolene made me feel cool, calm, and collected. They made the formal pictures on our wedding day go so smoothly, even though it felt like 105 degrees (in a non-AC church!) On top of how wonderful they are in person, they are truly such skilled photographers. They captured our wedding day better than my husband and I can even remember it. We are still trying to pick our favorite pictures because we have so many! I truly could not imagine our wedding day (and engagement) without Kami. For my husband and I, it was sad to say goodbye to her at the end of our reception, but we will certainly hire her again for future photography needs! I cannot recommend Kami and Jolene enough...they're wonderful!

In fact, it went so well I ended up booking a boudoir session with her too! Honestly, it felt like I was just hanging out with a friend. Needless to say, I was entirely at ease on the wedding day and the photos were GREAT! She also helped with timing, coordinating with other vendors, etc. Above and beyond her job description. Kami manages to capture your personality within your very best attributes. Historically, for me, the camera finds a way to highlight all of my worst attributes all the time, you know, like a curse. Well, not with Kami. She is exceptionally talented behind the camera and truly understands the art of working with and capturing light. Kami is also very creative and her ideas for poses/props/backgrounds all turned out so well. I have a very rich variety of photos all that fit my style. I give Kami a very enthusiastic recommendation personally and professionally and her artistic talent is exceptional. Kami delivers on all of your expectations: she's flexible, creative, professional, and fun! If I could give her more than 5 stars I would and if I ever need a photographer in the future I know who I am calling!

Even though you book so far in advance, they made themselves available for any and all questions. If you come up with photo ideas in advance, they keep them on file so you don't have to keep them. The photographer made themselves available the upcoming weeks before the wedding. Had to worries the day of. Photographs were very nice and easy to work with. I'm not a professional and open to their opinions and they jumped right in, didn't wait for me to come up with poses. They made sure to capture everything we asked for. Very pleasant. Cincinnati and were not familiar with what was out there. Sara, our photographer was friendly, professional, patient, knew what she was doing and knew how to corral our crazy big family! Our pictures couldn't have come out better. The posed and candid shots were amazing and she really captured the feel of the event. We received our photos a little less than a month after the wedding, even though it was high wedding season. I would highly recommend White Lotus Studios for any occasion. Also, this was a same sex wedding and White Lotus Studios was very LGBT friendly.

Even though it was a rainy day, they found a great covered spot to take some outdoor pictures. She had many wonderful ideas that turned into beautiful pictures. When I got our final pictures I was blown away with how beautiful they were. I loved all of the detail that she took to the pictures and I will have them to treasure for the rest of my life. we wanted photos, and how we wanted to do the timing of the photographers. Prior to the wedding day, one of the photographers photographing our wedding called me to set up final details, which was very nice as I am a little type A and like to plan everything in advanced. From there was the wedding day - a complete dream in watching the photographers snap away all day! We had two photographers for a very long day. They were both smiley, able to control our large wedding party of twenty, made it fun for everyone and captured some great shots in between. They were able to do photos we wanted and move swiftly to the next set of photos desired. White Lotus Studios Photography is a perfect company to represent a wedding party, reception, and ceremony of any size.

Courtney and Tara from White Lotus studios were our photographers and they did a wonderful job! She was easy to talk to and they showed up on our wedding day and needed no direction at all - they clearly knew what they were doing. Considering we had our ceremony at a church in one part of Cincinnati, photos in Ault Park and then our reception in Mount Lookout - we got a lot of wonderful photos and the ladies had no trouble keeping up with us. I cannot speak enough about Courtney - she truly has an eye for beautiful shots and when we got our photos back it showed. She had us pose in some pictures I would have never thought out and they turned out perfectly. We have received so many compliments from friends and family about our wedding photos and how amazing they are all thanks to White Lotus!

I was worried about my husband and how he would do with so many pictures but Courtney did such a great job of making it fun and an enjoyable experience! I worked with Kami for a surprise boudoir photo shoot that I gave to him in a book on our wedding day. She did an AMAZING job making what you would think to be an uncomfortable photoshoot very comfortable and so much FUN. I was really nervous beforehand about doing it and wasn't sure how I would feel basically in my underwear with someone I had only met a couple of times, but Kami was so good about keeping it fun the entire time and making me relaxed. It was a blast and the pictures turned out so good! I definitely recommend to any bride that is considering a boudoir...just DO IT! By the time our wedding rolled around I felt like I knew both Courtney and Kami so well and I was confident and comfortable the whole day knowing they would keep us on schedule and take beautiful pictures. We had a HUGE bridal party 11 bridesmaids and 12 groomsmen, 2 ring bearers (4 year olds they were great with the little ones) and a flower girl (not to mention large families on both sides that we wanted to include in pictures after the ceremony). They were AWESOME in keeping our large group on schedule and having fun the entire time. Our pictures turned out better than I could have imagined and the day was a blast!!

but on our wedding day, Kami made it easy to laugh and smile for every picture. We had a total of 1,057 pictures taken and had to choose 75 for our photo album that Kami made for us. All of the photos were amazing, so it was nearly impossible to choose only 75 to put in our album! We are so glad with our decision to have White Lotus Photography photograph our wedding!

ense of humor to the day and made everyone feel so comfortable, which was great for calming my nerves and giving me one less thing to worry about during the day of the wedding. Kami is more than just a photographer - she almost takes on the role of wedding planner. We had a very tight time frame in between our ceremony and reception, and Kami kept us all organized, and was able to get tons of great photos without us ever feeling rushed. Our ceremony was at St. Francis de Sales, and reception was at The Cincinnati Club downtown. Kami had shot both locations before, so she knew lots of great spots for photos that I wouldn't have thought of otherwise. Kami really listens to what you want throughout the day. I wanted a mixture of classic shots and more artistic photos, which she did a perfect job of capturing. She has an amazing eye for creative group and individual pictures - which was great, because I am not creative at all! Because of Kami's work, I have over 1500 photos of my wedding. They are extremely easy to navigate through, as Kami has them categorized into sections such as Preparation (getting ready before the wedding at the hotel), Ceremony, Details (pictures of the rings, my dress, flowers), etc... I honestly had so many fantastic pictures to choose from that I haven't even been able to narrow down my favorites for an album. If you do decide to order an album, Kami works with you on the layout and sends you a preview before printing. Kami is very reasonably priced for how much time she and her assistant spend with you; plus the packages are all completely customizable. If you want a wonderful photographer who is easy to work with, professional, and talented on top of it, I highly recommend White Lotus!

and the lighting was fantastic. She had us laughing and relaxed as we tried to capture all the poses she put us in. It gave us a wide range of photos to pick from and her touch ups to our pictures were amazing. Can't wait to see what she does for wedding.

Afterwards, my fiancé mentioned that this would give us a chance to start thinking about photographers for the wedding. And when we saw the photos there was absolutely no question. The only difficult thing will be choosing out of so many great shots for our bound wedding photo book.
