Wild Coast Flower Preservation

I was so excited that my mom and MIL ordered me a few pieces from Wild Coast Flower Preservations for my wedding, but was extremely disappointed about the communication and the entire process. It took 6 months to receive my pieces, rather than the promised 3-4 months when I ordered and as listed on the company’s website. In addition to receiving the order late, communication during the process with Wild Coast Flower Preservation was terrible. First, we were told we’d receive the packing instructions, but we had to ask days before my wedding. Then, we were told we would receive updates after each step of the creation project, which we did not. We would wait a few weeks after the promised completion date of each step to see if an update would come and when we didn’t hear anything, we would have to reach out ourselves to find out was going on. Each time we reached out, it took days to receive a response, at which time, we were told they were busy and would need more time. There was no acknowledgement of the delays or lack of communication. I wouldn't have had an issue with the delays had there been communication and accountability from Wild Coast Flower Preservation. Rather than me having to continuously reach out and follow up myself, Wild Coast Flower Preservation should have been proactively letting me know where they were in the process, as well as giving accurate estimations for the timeline and sending clear messages from the owner. I love my pieces, but would not recommend using Wild Coast Flower Preservation if you hope to get your dried flowers in a reasonable amount of time, with proper communication, and without hassle.
