commented on how gorgeous our wedding was how amazed they were with the floral and gorgeous trees they created. We specifically wanted trees and lights so that it was an enchanted forest and they made that dream come true. When I walked in and saw my trees at the entrance I burst into tears. Her husband went out of his way to make sure the lighting was perfect and created gorgeous pieces to highlight out day. When I walked into the venue everything was set up and done so that there was nothing we had to worry about. They even went above and beyond when my husband did not get his suit in time for the bridal pictures and made him a special boutonniere for the bridal pics. There were times when I had an idea of how I wanted things, but they expanded that (with my permission) to make the event even more whimsical and elegant. I had told them to do what they thought best and they made the table pieces amazing, with very little direction from me. I told they the ideas of my wedding and they made it into something amazing. From day one they made my day special, a priority, and was one less thing I had to stress about.

. The day of, they executed the look I wanted beautifully! I fully trusted them with how it was going to look and it was great! They made everything look better than I even imagined in my head. ur wedding day. I believe because of this, my now husband and I were able to actually enjoy our wedding day without stress or constantly worrying about what needed to be done next. Our families were also able to enjoy the day rather than worrying, which was something I really wanted. Our wedding day was perfect, and went so smoothly, and we owe it all to Jennifer and the amazing services that were provided from Wolf Weddings.

n didn't meet all my needs. The coordinator we had was great and leading up to our wedding she was there for me no matter what but remember she is not a planner! She helped us just tie up loose ends for example we needed shuttle service and she was able to recommend a service and get that take care of and made sure the details were in place as far as timeline, vendor set up and etc. The day of coordination was great, unfortunately she had to leave her assistant in charge because she was sick which was totally understandable but the assistant didn't want to be there and she had a sour look on her face almost the whole night when my husband and I were getting direction from her. And at the end of our wedding, the assistant didn't know where any of my personal decorations were at and was not helpful at all. Also, all our personal decoration was just thrown back into their boxes and unorganized and a mess. Some of my personal decorations were not set up how I wanted them to be for the reception, you have to organize and label which decorations need to go where and I wasn't too pleased with that. Make sure the coordinator knows exactly what goes where. I really wanted to do a quick walk through of how I wanted everything setup but the coordinator didn't want to that and I had to tell her how everything was suppose to be over the phone. The decorations that I wanted to be a certain way were all messed up. Other than that, everything else was perfect and how I wanted and imagined our wedding night to be!

I also wanted to make sure I enjoyed the selected vendors customer service experience and individual personality in addition to their skill. Very quickly after my inquiry on the Wolf Weddings website the owner, Ravin Wolf, scheduled a call with me to talk about what I was envisioning for our wedding day. Not only is Ravin the most fun and energetic person to talk to but over that hour and some change call, I told her all of my wildest floral dreams. Within the day, she put together in an easy to follow quote, including photos of the main floral to be used and this really helped me picture what these pieces would look like. This was absolutely the most exciting part for me in the wedding planning process as we (brides) desperately want to have a window into knowing what the finished product is going to look like!! So few florists I spoke with were willing to send me photos of the flowers they were going to be primarily using - makes no sense! Ravin then worked creatively with me to fit my floral dreams within our budget and I can't even begin to tell you how painless and easy every step of the way was with her. Less than a week before the wedding, we had extra funds to amp up the floral and Ravin sent me, yet again, more creative options to choose from for additions. THEN a couple of days before the wedding, the Wolf Weddings Instagram account started tagging me with their completed work for my wedding. I cannot express how excited this got me to see my actual floral coming together!! The main focal point of our ceremony was the Hendrix Circle Arch from WW and it was truly unique and beautiful. Our favorite photos we reminisce on today is of my new husband and I staring deeply into each other's eyes in front of this beautiful arch. The floral and rentals were above and beyond expectation, then Wolf Weddings goes and arranges a wedding coordinator for us too, Jennifer Craft. Jennifer was the backbone of our entire wedding day beginning 6+ weeks prior wrangling and scheduling our MANY vendors. Jen was the most organized, fun, energetic coordinator we could have ever asked for. After working with her, I honestly feel like she's a part of our new family - she is truly special and gifted. bsolutely stunning. I received so many compliments, mostly saying "these are the most beautiful arrangements I've ever seen." Even a friend of mine, who is a florist, said the same. She went above and beyond my expectations. My welcome table centerpiece literally brought tears to my eyes. Just astonishing work. After they had finished setting up, they showed me what was left over, said it was all mine and I could do whatever I wanted with it. I told them to just make the most of it and do whatever they thought was best. Oh my gosh.... they made the entryway of our venue completely come alive. I was floored. The Wolf's are the best of the best. They are great people, they can be trusted and I truly felt like they cared about me and my wedding. I can't wait to find an excuse to use them for floral again in the future.

t all paid off and our flowers were seriously GORGEOUS. I was honestly shocked when I saw the flowers because they were somehow even more beautiful than I had imagined - big, brightly-colored summer blooms and perfect greenery! We had SO many compliments! And Whitney was seriously a lifesaver. She helped us work with all our vendors and fixed every single problem that came up. She made me feel so relaxed and comfortable day-of when I had started out being stressed, and seriously made everything so easy and beautiful. She is the best, and definitely worth hiring!

lready did so much. Boy was I wrong! Even if you think you have everything planned, you don't. Our wedding was BEAUTIFUL, punctual, and so smooth. I can't imagine not having Whitney & Ravin on my side the last few weeks before our wedding. This vendor is definitely one where you get what you paid for. Had I not booked my florist prior to meeting with Ravin I would have booked them for our arrangements. We had some issues with our florist and Whitney stepped in and helped get that settled. It's a wonderful feeling knowing you're working with someone so detailed oriented and assertive like Whitney. That girl gets it done! One note I will add is if you have a certain way you want things to look, give detail instructions for set up. I had an idea of how things would look and it didn't turn out that way but that was my fault as I didn't communicate that. Also, if something is super important to you to keep safe during the breakdown at night you must let it be known. The alter decor I created was broken during during the breakdown and I really wish it wasn't but oh well. Overall great team. They helped plan, book, confirm, organize, and decorate. We used their sister company for our DJ and photobooth rental. When I needed recommendations before our contract started, Ravin kindly responded promptly with her expertise.

I really owe it to this team. They relieved our stress and made it easy for me and my husband to truly enjoy our wedding day <3

The day of the wedding, she was calm, had done the worrying for me and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. The key people in my wedding party knew who she was, but otherwise flew under the radar. as referred to us by our venue and we used their services for floral and photo booth. I worked closely with Ravin, who was extremely friendly and helpful throughout the planning process. The flowers were simply gorgeous, even more beautiful that I could have imagined. The photo booth was a hit at the party. Everybody LOVED the props and getting a keepsake photo strip to take home with them. The reason I'm giving them 4 rather than 5 stars is a missing toss bouquet and a small mistake with our photo strips. According to our contract, the vendor promised us a toss bouquet as a free gift. Although the missing item did us no harm, we were of course a bit disappointed not to have it. Regarding the photo strips, I wasn't completely happy with the suggested drafts, so I ended up designing the layout myself. Unfortunately, we noticed on the day of the wedding that the printouts were mis-aligned: the text was much lower than planned. These were both minor details and I realize mistakes happen. Overall we were very happy with their service.

The way the flowers complimented the buildings and decorations was beautiful! When I worked into the reception area with my husband for the first time I was so close to tears. It looked stunning. I have nothing but good things to say about this staff. There were so many people that helped behind the scenes that I didn't get to meet. expected. They helped us to re-purpose some of the decor and come up with different centerpieces to help us stay within our budget. The florals were so much better than we ever could have dreamed! I thought that I wouldn't care much about what the flowers looked like, but they turned out to be the best decor and accessories that we had. The team made everything look wonderful and made great decisions on where and how to set things up. We had to unexpectedly move our outdoor ceremony inside, due to weather, but the team was fantastic at getting things to the right places and making sure everything looked beautiful. One of the biggest decor items that we requested was that the stairway in the reception hall be lit with edison bulbs. I'm so glad we did! Since we had to move everything inside, we used the stairs to make our entrance into the ceremony and it was absolutely magical! As far as the photobooth, we went ahead with the upgraded boxwood backdrop and scrapbook options. The backdrop had large paper flowers in the top corner, but none of the flowers made it into the photos. The scrapbook was also pretty low quality and had I to do it over again, I would have provided my own.

They gave me so many options and ideas for floral, linens, etc. Not only are they wonderful at what they do, they possess the skills you need to run a successful business in order to make the client happy. Any time I needed to talk, change my mind, get feedback or answers they were prompt to respond and so flexible. My only regret is that I did not use them for all of my wedding needs and I sure wish I had. They did beautiful centerpieces,linens and floral for me and my guests were amazed by the look of elegance in the ballroom. In addition to being great professionals, they are also just great people in general. If you want a beautiful wedding without all the worry, choose Wolf Weddings. I will be personally recommending them to all my friends and family.

Along the way when we had issues with vendors, Ravin quickly responded and made adjustments. An example was the day of Bridal Portraits. The hair and makeup person did not arrive. Ravin quickly addressed the issue and found an alternative. We were only 15 minutes late for the session with the photographer. She also adjusted hair and makeup to a different vendor for the day of the wedding that was able to get 11 bridesmaids and 3 moms ready on time. The wedding event included a church wedding, transportation, outdoor cocktail hour with mariachis and beer burros, outdoor dinner on the Guadalupe River and dancing for the evening with an amazing band. Ravin and her team managed all these moving parts seamlessly. My husband and I were able to thoroughly enjoy our daughter's wedding experience. Our guests are still talking about the wondering wedding and reception. We highly recommend Wolf Weddings.

I would highly recommend using all of their services as it makes it very easy for planning purposes. The cake was delicious (I am still eating it), the room and flowers were beautiful (check out the pics on Instagram), the photo booth was fun for all of my guests. As for the coordination, WHITNEY WAS AMAZING!! She contacted me 6 weeks before my big day and helped me prioritize the remaining details. When my vendors would try and change a detail last minute, she would correct it. She made sure we were ready for every big moment at the reception (speeches, garter toss, cake cutting). She made sure we had food and drinks nearby. She even kicked out guests that were being disrespectful. She was the good guy, bad guy, and basically anyone i needed her to be. I will highly recommend her services to any friends I know are getting married. Best money we spend on that day. Thank you Wolf Weddings!!! My big day was absolutely perfect and I am so grateful for everything you did for me and my groom.

They met with us up front to go through all the services they provided and I decided to have most everything go through them due to their professionalism and because I liked them having control over so many facets of the wedding and being able to ensure they were all coordinated together. When I needed help in visualizing the décor on the tables, they quickly whipped together a mock-up on a table in their home so I could see what I was agreeing to. Once the wedding got closer, I worked with our main coordinator Whitney though all the details and she sent us home with a great to-do list. She checked in with us every few days to make sure we were making progress, answered questions, and was so responsive. She really made me feel comfortable that everything was under control. At the wedding itself, they took over and I didn't have to worry about a thing...all the decorations came together beautifully, the delicious cake was put together exactly as we had requested, the flowers were gorgeous, and the DJ was up and running...thank you Ryan !! They even set up the few decorations we brought for the sign-in table, gift table, etc. Whitney made sure we were all ready to go and made sure everything went smoothly. She stayed very focused on the timeline and logistics of the wedding and absolutely everything went according to plan. We had two small instances with other vendors and Whitney and Ravin stepped in and handled them for me...telling me to go back inside and dance. I am extremely happy with our decision to go with Wolf Weddings and would recommend them to anyone planning a wedding. They will make your wedding extra special.

ct! I first met Whitney at one of the Bridal Extravaganza's we attended and knew from the first minute I spoke to her that I wanted her to be our coordinator. She did not disappoint whatsoever. Everything flowed perfectly the day of and even our family commented on how amazing she was. Our special day wouldn't have been what it was without her and Nicki. Whitney and Nicki went above and beyond to take care of us and our guests. We will definitely refer them to family and friends for any events.

ur initial consultation with Ravin, and Ryan we had done some research at other wedding planning business, but didn't like the structure of the other companies. I wanted to make sure that we weren’t having just ‘another wedding.’ Immediately after our first meet we felt super comfortable with Ryan, and Ravin. Right away you can see that the two of them have strong work ethics, and make each one of their couples feel incredibly welcome. Since I had already gathered much of my vendors on my own we booked Wolf Weddings for the ‘Day of Package’ our floral, linens, and cake. (the cake was DELICIOUS, but they are no longer promoting this service). We also ended up using Look Entertainment for the up lighting around the venue space. Fast forward to the month of our wedding—Ravin took full control of everything! I never could have found the time or energy on my own to contact each one of my vendors, and set up the timeline as she did. She was incredibly helpful throughout the entire year of planning. I was completely indecisive and she could take charge, and guide me to making the best decision. The day of our wedding was a complete whirl wind! Ravin was my POC throughout the process of the coordination; and her and I had strategically laid out every detail on the timeline to eliminate any hiccups throughout the day. From the rehearsal to the actual wedding she shed blood, sweat, and tears (literally) to ensure that everything was exactly how we had envisioned. Ravin, and her team handled each situation with professionalism, and made sure that any unexpected hiccups were not visible to our guests. If you are in search for a coordinator I highly recommend Wolf Weddings, and their staff—they were perfect for what we needed :)

Every step of the way they were extremely flexible with our budget, patient with my indecisiveness and contestant changes, and an irreplaceable asset when helping to make decisions and form our “vision”. The floral and décor were the most beautiful arrangements I have EVER seen. Ravin and Ryan took my ideas and examples, but after applying their expertise and creative spin (with my blessing of course) they created a complete fairytale. My mom literally cried when she saw the reception space – it was that breathtaking. The cake flavors are completely incredible, and I recommend you allow them to suggest pairings. One of the suggestions (chocolate cake with almond crème icing and fresh sliced strawberries) is still being talked about weeks later! My husband’s Grooms Cake was complete perfection and so his personality. The day-of-coordination is so much more than the name it suggests. Whitney took over for me SIX WEEKS from my wedding date. Her attention to detail is like nothing I have ever seen. She is simply invaluable if you want to have a stress-free month and a half leading into your wedding. She became more like a friend to me – she laughed with me, was my sounding board when frustrated about silly things like late RSVPs, and even used her extensive experience to help me make a few last minute decisions along the way. Her assistant Alejandra did everything from help me carry my dress to bring my husband an appetizer while we took photos during cocktail hour. Collectively, they are an amazing team. I spent my wedding night 100% stress-free enjoying our guests and dancing the night away with my new husband, and that is something I can never thank them enough for!

Ravin was excellent at responding to emails and communicating with us throughout the planning process! Whitney was our day of coordinator and she truly is Wonder Woman! She kept in constant contact for the last few weeks leading up the wedding as was always available to answer any of our last minute questions. On the day of the wedding she went above and beyond to make sure that everyone arrived on time and that everything was just PERFECT! Her and her assistant Alejandra, were so attentive on our wedding day and everyone kept talking about how shocked they were that the entire wedding went on without a single hitch. It was all due to the exceptional service that Wolf Weddings provided to us. Initially, we didn't think we would be able to squeeze wedding coordination services into our wedding budget, but Wolf Weddings was affordable and worth every penny!! Not only did it look exactly how I wanted to but it tasted amazing!

Ryan twice about a year or less out from my wedding - they totally got me. They understood what my main vision was and then helped me tie up the loose ends to bring everything together. My actual coordinator that I worked with the whole month prior to my wedding was Whitney. I can't say enough amazing things about her. She made my life so much easier. She was so awesome, fun, sweet, and more importantly she got down to business. She handled all my vendors so that I didn't need to. On my actual wedding day she had an assistant with her and they both made everything run so smoothly. Nothing about my day went wrong - and if it did, I definitely didn't know about it, which is a huge thumbs up to the Coordinator! Everything that Wolf Weddings provided was perfect and exceeded my expectations.

I really felt I could trust Ravin and her team to take care of everything. She responds to emails/calls/texts quickly, she asks you proactive questions about things you might have forgotten about, and she takes care of all vendor communication (which was a huge burden lifted off of my shoulders). My family loved working with her too - she was so great at keeping us on task at the rehearsal. Very professional and kind too.

All of our guests are still in disbelief over this fact, but we're not because Whitney and Alejandra were so great.
