I went to wrights when looking for my wife's engagement ring. I had been everywhere looking for something specific, and they didn't have it either. I started talking about what I was looking for and they told me that they could custom make a r...ing just like that. No other store I was in offered this so I took him up on it. Two weeks later it was done and looked amazing. Since then, he has custom made me a band that would perfectly match the ring, a set of emerald cut diamond studs that they had to make for us. And they re strung a pearl necklace to a better length, using the extra pearls to make earrings that my wife liked so much she wore in the wedding.
I dont know if they love us or hate us for all the custom work we come in with but they are unbelievably nice, and bend over backwards to get us exactly what we want every time.
