They are true professionals and we cannot recommend their work highly enough, but we don't have to, it truly speaks for itself.

Yellow Hook was the only company whose online samples felt exactly right for us: they were totally artistic and polished, but not in a fake, “my wedding is a fantasy story” sort of way. More in an earthy, gutsy way that captured real interactions between the couple and family and guests. Personally I had zero interest in spending thousands of dollars to have somebody videotape my shoes. We wanted a document of this incredible celebration of a huge transition in our lives, and that’s exactly what we got from Yellow Hook. Equally important as the finished product was the fact that Doug and Andrea were, without exception, a pleasure to work with every step of the way: responsive, good-natured, committed, and reasonable.

r cameras at the wedding - very different from some weddings I've been to where the videographers were highly invasive. Their work is AMAZING and our wedding video is now my most prized possession – I can’t stop watching it. They captured so much emotion and all the best moments of the day, so we were able to see so many things that we would have otherwise missed! They captured beautiful moments that just can't be caught on still film - like my husband’s nervous exhale as I was about to come down the aisle, and some bridesmaid/groomsmen flirtation at the bar! At first, I wasn’t sure if I should have a videographer since we kept ourselves to such a strict budget – but it was by far the best decision that I made while planning the wedding. And Yellow Hook Productions was hands down the best vendor of the day. Whatever you have to do to make it fit into your budget, do it. And don’t hire anyone other than Yellow Hook Productions, they are the BEST!
