Order Processing and Shipping

Our team can’t wait to send your beautiful prints. Your order will be printed and shipped within four business days (six business days for guest books) from our print facility in Utah. We bundle orders, so if you ordered a guest book along with other items, we’ll ship your entire order together within six business days.

We’re pleased to offer flat-rate shipping for all US addresses. International shipping is not available at this time. Turnaround times vary depending on your preferred shipping method:

USPS Priority Mail—Estimated delivery within 7 business days

USPS Express Mail—Estimated delivery within 6 business days

FedEx One Rate—Estimated delivery within 6 business days

Please note: Orders shipping to a P.O. Box or an address located in Alaska or Hawaii will be shipped via FedEx Ground which may take up to 11 business days.

FedEx Standard Overnight—Estimated delivery within 5 business days

Please note: Orders shipping via FedEx Standard Overnight may not be delivered until the next business day if shipped on a Friday.

We can’t guarantee shipping times, so please try to allow extra time for delivery if you need your order by a specific date.

Please note: If your order includes design notes, guest address printing or place cards, our design team will reach out to you over email to finalize your order. Turnaround and delivery times will begin once you give your approval to print.

Ordered a sample pack? We ship those via USPS first class mail, which offers a usual delivery window of 1-2 weeks. Unfortunately, order tracking isn’t available with this service.

Order Changes

Printing begins shortly after your order is placed. Need to make changes? Call us ASAP at (800) 443-5289 and our team will let you know if it’s possible.

Already received your order? Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your package. We’ll work with you on a reprint and ship your order out via the original shipping method. If your order contains a typo that was approved during the checkout process or while working with a designer, we’re happy to offer you a discounted reprint.

Color Accuracy

As you design your stationery, remember that a digital preview is 80% to 90% accurate in representing colors, and a reasonable variation between the digital proof and the prints is expected. If the color of your printed cards does not match your printed sample or our color charts (included with our sample packs), please contact us about a complimentary reprint. If you’d like to reorder your cards in a different color, we’d be happy to offer you a discounted reprint.

Photo Quality

When it comes to printing photos, the quality of your prints is dependent on the quality of the photo submitted. Feel free to reach out to us with any questions about how your photo will print—we’re happy to help! As you design your stationery, remember that a digital preview is 80% to 90% accurate in representing colors, and a reasonable variation between the digital proof and the prints is expected. Our personalization tool will alert you if your photo’s resolution is less than 300 dpi. We are unable to issue reprints or refunds for orders containing alert-triggering, low resolution photos.

Reprints and Refunds

Our goal is to always deliver flawless, delightful prints. Since all stationery is custom printed to order, returns are not accepted. However, reprints are available in the rare event that a printing issue affected your order or if your plans change due to unforeseen circumstances.* We know life happens so we’ve got your back.

Need to request a reprint? Reach out to [email protected] with the following info:

  • Your name
  • Your phone number
  • Your seven-digit order number (located on your emailed receipt or in your account’s order history)
  • A brief description of the issue
  • If you prefer to be reached by phone or email
  • If you’re requesting a reprint due to a printing issue, include photos showing the issue (taken in natural light if possible) andphoto of your packing slip

*The Knot Invitations products which include a printed wedding date or location that require reprinting due to a change in that wedding date or location (a “Qualified Product”) may be eligible for 1 free reprint on such Qualified Product subject to the following terms. Customer must inform The Knot in writing (the date The Knot receives such notification, the “Notification Date”) at [email protected] no later than the 90th day after the date of the original order that Customer needs to reprint a Qualified Product. The Knot will provide 1 free reprint (not including shipping and handling) of the Qualified Product with the new wedding date up to the same quantity of the original order. Customers eligible for a Free Reprint will receive a one-time promotional code to be used to create an order for a replacement Qualified Product. The promotional code may only be used toward such a substitute Qualified Product and must be ordered within ninety (90) days of the Notification Date and may not be used toward any other products included in such order. This offer is subject to change without notice and may be terminated by The Knot at its discretion.
