A Romantic Barn Wedding at Pomeroy Farms in Yacolt, Washington

Aaron and Amanda met online, exchanging emails and phone calls for several weeks. "We couldn't get over how many similarities we had and how easy it was to talk, so we decided to meet in person at a local coffee shop," says Amanda. 10 years later, Aaron popped the question on a family vacation in Cannon Beach, Oregon. "Aaron and I went off on a hike at Ecola State Park. After hiking down to a viewpoint overlooking Haystack Rock, he dropped down to one knee! It meant so much to me that he went to such great lengths to plan this perfect proposal that included both of our families," Amanda says. The two began planning their wedding at Pomeroy Farms in Yacolt, Washington. "Pomeroy Farms is a historic farm built in 1910. From the second we stepped foot on the property, we knew we had to get married there on the lawn, under a giant, beautiful oak tree. The location was absolutely perfect."
