A Beachy, Destination Wedding at West Wind Inn in Sanibel Island, Florida

Even though Jade Cunningham (31 and a photographer) and Aaron Cherman (36 and a telecommunications technical manager) live in the mountains of Canada, they always wanted a beach wedding. Traditional nautical elements like starfish were woven throughout the decor, but the main design element was inspired by peacock feathers! The couple chose their color palette of lime green, plum purple, turquoise, and royal blue from the feather itself and actual feathers were used in the decor. Mason jars with sea glass and battery operated white lights were placed on the tables for lighting, while string lights were strung over the tables, adding a romantic touch to the nautical and peacock inspired decor.
