Using a romantic blush, ivory and plum color palette, Lidia Priala (31 and works in child care) and Nick Tibru (30 and works in private business) had a romantic vintage wedding at the Muckenthaler Cultural Center in Fullerton, California. “I picked that location because I loved the vintage style,” Lidia says. “Plus, I really wanted my wedding to be outside: ceremony and reception. I liked that my guests could go explore the mansion and eat outside where everything was green and refreshing.” As if that weren't enough reason to love the venue, it also had an on-site wedding planner that helped the couple get hitched without a hitch, as well as fine-tune all the details of the day. Roses, ranunculus and peonies (Lidia’s favorite) added a little romance to the space with lush florals by Pristine Design, which created everything from the swirled rose-petal aisle decor to the gorgeous wedding-cake accents. Our favorite part, though, was the vintage furniture -- from Etsy designer Angela Watson with Out of the Dust -- such as blush and white floral couches and gold and wooden picture frames. The couch doubled as seating for the couple during the traditional religious ceremony and sat under hanging picture frames for the cocktail hour afterward. Lidia’s best tip for future brides is to breathe deeply throughout the wedding. “Stop for a minute and just enjoy,” she says. “Think about how it's your wedding day and be happy. Even if something doesn't go as planned, at the end of the day you get to be married to your love, and that’s the most important thing.” See all our favorite details, beautifully captured by Oana Sweeney with Oana Foto, below.

Wanting to add a little glamour to her sheath lace wedding dress, Lidia wore tall champagne Badgley Mischka heels with glamorous crystal detailing up the back.
Lidia’s favorite flowers are peonies, so she had to have them in her bouquet. Florist Pristine Design added white anemones, pink garden roses, white ranunculus and burgundy ranunculus for a lush arrangement. The stems were wrapped with oversized white pearls -- a detail Lidia loved.
The ceremony aisle was lined with blush and white rose petals in a swirled pattern to add romance and whimsy to the outdoor ceremony site. The altar was decorated with a black iron rod arbor and a vintage couch for the couple to sit on during their traditional religious ceremony.
The flower girls wore white dresses with lace detailing on the top (to go with Lidia’s stunning lace sheath dress) and full, tulle tutu skirts. They completed their look with baby’s breath flower crowns and threw blush rose petals down the aisle.

“We had a sitting area with a couch and picture frames, and that was a big hit,” Lidia says. “I loved that my guests could relax and just hang out and talk to one another.” Lidia and Nick had white and gold "Mr." and "Mrs." throw pillows on the couch for a little glamorous flair.
Lidia and Nick decorated their reception tables with vintage silver vases holding ivory hydrangeas, blush roses, white ranunculus and stock. Lidia and Nick loved how the centerpieces added a little glamour, fit in with the vintage theme and provided a pop of color against the neutral linens.
The reception tables were decorated with vintage gold picture frames and strings of pearls to match the vintage theme of the wedding. In the center of each frame was a silver mercury-glass vase filled with white and blush roses to add a pop of the wedding colors into the otherwise glam decor.

Lidia and Nick enjoyed a three-tier white buttercream wedding cake with textured detailing on each later. It was topped with blush and plum roses, ranunculus and carnations to match the wedding colors and add a pop of romance to the simple cake.
At the end of the night, guests went home with little boxes full of three flavors of macarons. Lidia and Nick loved the added sweetness of the gift. The boxes were decorated with simple black-and-white stamped thank-you cards.
