Nestled between giant Arizona boulders is a romantic oasis called Promise Rock. Amanda Parker (27 and an executive director of a nonprofit) and Josh White (27 and in construction management) chose their wedding and reception destination based on this natural setting. "We wanted a desert wedding, and I fell in love with this intimate ceremony location," Amanda says. "It had the sound of running water, a small and intimate atmosphere, and a breathtaking view of some incredible boulders." Held at the Boulders Resort & Spa in Carefree, Arizona, the ceremony was soft and bohemian with white florals, including petals lining the aisle, and wooden benches. As the evening progressed, more color was incorporated into the design with light pink and peach florals for cocktail hour and eventually bright pink and lavender arrangements for the reception. —Allie Volpe

Amanda expanded on her natural and bohemian look by adding a few curls and a floral crown of baby's breath. Her makeup look was natural with full lashes.
Amanda ordered her flowing Inbal Dror gown without trying it on. She fell in love with the dress online and ordered it immediately. "I was able to try on another gown by her with a similar bodice, which helped, but I was confident in her gowns from the moment I saw them," she says.
Amanda's grandfather is actor and winery owner Fess Parker, so guests were treated to a glass of the new Fess Parker sparkling white wine before the ceremony.
Keeping the ceremony decor neutral, only white florals were used: White petals lined the aisle and bundles of white baby's breath sat on wooden ceremony benches. The couple was wed under a white fabric-draped arch lined with white florals and greenery.
Bridesmaids wore soft and flowing gowns in alternating light pink and floral from Reformation. Their bouquets featured light pink and white florals.
As the day progressed from ceremony to reception, color was added to the decor through bright florals. Orange, pink and white were used in the centerpieces, which featured a small wooden box and floating votive candles.
For the reception, the space was outfitted with vertical strands of twinkle lights and garland runners on tables. The sweetheart table had a floral and garland runner.
The couple's four-tier wedding cake was prepared by their venue, Boulders Resort & Spa in Carefree, Arizona. It featured blush and light orange florals and greenery. The white cake with a berry and custard filling sat atop a floral printed stand.
Amanda and Michael used indoor and outdoor spaces for the reception, which was also located in the resort's courtyard. Some tables were situated in the courtyard.
