Consultants Yoko Matsumoto (29) and Andrew Gerba (30) opted for a venue in the Blue Ridge Mountains for their destination wedding so that guests could take advantage of activities all weekend. The wedding took place in a converted barn featuring a veranda with floor-to-ceiling windows and doors showcasing a heavily wooded forest. “We wanted to keep the décor simple to not take away from the venue,” Yoko says. For the ceremony, an arbor draped with dove-gray fabric served as a backdrop at the altar. At the reception, greenery, blush roses and mercury glass votives topped the dinner tables.
