A Bright Summer Wedding at Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel in Towson, Maryland

High school sweethearts Elisa Bateman (25 and a teacher) and John Windsor (26 and an admissions assistant at New York University) wanted to reflect their love of the beach in their wedding decor. To do so, they chose a beachy color palette of turquoise and white for the summer event. Everything was turquoise, from the wedding invites to the guest books. The bridesmaids wore turquoise dresses and the groomsmen wore turquoise cummerbunds and bow ties. Elisa's shoes were turquoise, so they were also her "something blue." All the flower arrangements were in shades of white, with ivory rose bouquets and centerpieces made up of white lilies and hydrangeas. Elisa and John also incorporated a nautical theme into their wedding decor. The stationery and signs at the reception featured anchor motifs, and the cake was decorated with fondant rope as a maritime twist. Elisa and John had their ceremony at St. Paul's School Chapel in Brooklandville, Maryland, where John went to school. The reception followed at the nearby Sheraton Baltimore North Hotel in Towson, Maryland. Anna Grace Photography captured all the pretty details.
