A Casual and Colorful Wedding at Stepney Hill Farm in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, England

Stephanie Kirk-Bray (37 and an operations manager) and Jock Bray (45 and a production manager) planned their wedding by started at the bottom -- with their shoes. Their wedding colors and design were inspired by their bridesmaid heels, which featured a vibrant floral print in pink, teal and green. From there, everything fell into place. Stephanie wore similar ribbon lace-up heels with her ivory lace wedding dress and birdcage veil, and the bridesmaids wore tea-length dresses in pink, green and teal. Stephanie made her own bouquet with sheet music and tied in the color palette with green and pink paper flowers. The bright colors created a beautiful contrast with the rustic setting of Stepney Hill Farm, where Stephanie and Jock had their reception. Hay covered the floors and skylights brought natural light into the venue. Stephanie and Jock decorated the room with playful bunting and votive candles. For seating, guests could relax on casual picnic tables or use bales of hay as benches. Stephanie and Jock set up a stage at their reception so that their talented family and friends could play live music and DJ, and their guests were on the dance floor all night. Emma Warley Photography was there to capture all the amazing details.
