For their wedding, it was important for Rebekah and TJ to feel like themselves and be surrounded by the people they love. They hosted a laid-back affair at Villa San Pasqual in Escondido, California, where they played up the natural setting with a ceremony under a shady pepper tree, rustic wood details and unique florals mixed with lots of lush greenery.

Bek and I went ring shopping for the first time together in February, about a week before flying to Oregon for a Newell family vacation, recalls TJ. She said things like 'Let's just look.', or 'We can at least know what we like.' I thought it was hilarious considering her ring was already purchased and waiting at my parents home in Portland.
To make sure their guests were comfortable, Rebekah and TJ put out pillows and blankets for them to use during the ceremony.
The couple's flower girl wore an embroidered white dress and carried a cone of ivory hydrangea petals.
It was important to me the guys looked like themselves, explained TJ. I've been in a lot of weddings and have worn some pretty funny outfits. Slacks that swallowed my legs, shirts that might as well be used as tarps. I didn't want any of that. All I told them was white shirts (long or short sleeved), black pants, brown or black shoes, and an accessory of their choice (suspenders, bow tie, skinny tie). For his own look, TJ chose a pair of black jeans, a white button-down shirt and black blazer.
I have a serious soft spot for country, says Rebekah, and TJ only listens to it because I like it. But he let me pick the music, so our first dance song was 'My Eyes' by Blake Shelton.
Friends and family left notes and advice in a leather-bound book.
Rebekah's six bridesmaids wore their own white or ivory dresses. Greek-style sandals gave them a cohesive look.
Rebekah wore her hair down in romantic beachy waves and kept her makeup simple and natural. I did it myself. I was afraid if I let someone else do it that I wouldn't end up looking like me! I just wanted to look sweet and dewey! she said.
The couple placed tree stumps at the end of each aisle, topping them off with mason jars filled with white dahlias, orange poppies and ferns.
After ordering what she thought was the dress, only to have it arrive in a light shade of taupe, Rebekah chose this tiered lace number from Free People.
