A Chic Garden Wedding at the Inn at Fernbrook Farms in Chesterfield, New Jersey
Elizabeth McCabe (27 and business owner of White Horse Wine and Spirits) wore a stunning handmade wedding dress for her nuptials to Adam Sternberger (29 and a business owner of White Horse Wine and Spirits). The sheath dress was made by Adam’s mother! It had an open back with lace edging for an elegant flair and the fabric had a slight blush hue to it, which shimmered in different lighting. It was simple and refined and fit their chic-boho wedding perfectly. We also love how the lush, textured floral arrangements that flowed seamlessly into the garden venue. “Cynthia of Oleander Botanicals is truly an artist and was able to blur the lines between the indoor and outdoor environments, bringing the garden elements of the locale to the ceremony space and tables,” Elizabeth says. “She worked with the setting and enhanced the farm's natural beauty with bohemian, wildflower and herb florals.” Cynthia’s fresh herbs and botanical arrangements inspired the neutral color palette with pops of deep pink and gold -- perfect for their September wedding at the Inn at Fernbrook Farms in Chesterfield, New Jersey. “My husband and I wanted our wedding to be a warm, relaxed, family-centered weekend, which was why we chose the Inn at Fernbrook Farms as our venue,” Elizabeth says. “The Inn is on a 300-acre family-owned and -operated farm with a nursery, education center and working CSA. Susie and the rest of the staff at Fernbrook were lovely to work with and could not have been more hospitable, which immediately made us feel at home.” As if that weren't enough reason to seal the deal on their location, they also loved that the caterer used produce from the farm for dinner. Since the couple are local business owners, Fernbrook just felt right in so many ways. The best part of the night? Ryan Tennis and the Clubhouse Band, who absolutely made the night. “Our band was absolutely amazing. There is not enough I can say about how talented and passionate they are except that two of our friends missed the shuttle at the end of the night because they were busy trying to book the band for their upcoming wedding,” Elizabeth says. “Everyone is still talking about how fantastic the music was at our wedding.” See all our favorite details, beautifully captured by Stephen Govel Photography, below.
