A Classic, Countryside Wedding at Parklands, Quendon Hall, in Newport, Essex, England

April Kitaka (23 and a youth mentor) and Windsor Kitaka (26 and a software developer) had an airy, classic wedding in Newport, Essex, England. With a color palette of pastels, they chose to highlight the springtime at their countryside affair, which was expertly captured by Jennifer Moyes Photography. They were married at Parklands, Quendon Hall, a historic manor and estate. "The gorgeous manor house has a breathtaking view of deer, horses and manicured cottages on the outskirts of the main building," April says. "It's a venue that you can transform into anything you desire." April and Windsor were strict on the dress code at their wedding. "I didn't want anyone in black, so the majority of the guests came in beautiful colors that enhanced the venue," April says. April wore an A-line wedding dress with lace and embellishments on the one-shoulder neckline. She carried a bouquet with roses and baby's breath. Windsor wore a gray suit and tie, and his groomsmen dressed in gray and navy suits. The newlyweds and their guests celebrated with dancing under the tented pavilion that was beautifully decorated with string lights. Between dances, they enjoyed a wedding cake that was baked by the bride herself. "We were so grateful to all those who came and stood with us while we exchanged our vows," April says. "Throughout the wedding process, we've been so blessed."
