A Classic Garden Wedding at MSU Horticulture Gardens in East Lansing, Michigan

For their summer wedding in Michigan, Brynne and Dan Noble transformed an empty greenhouse into a relaxed and timeless garden oasis. Their color palette—white, dove grey and navy with lots of greenery—was first introduced in the elegant stationery suite. Brynne and Dan opted for minimal décor to highlight the garden's beauty, and the budget-friendly bride made the signs, bouquets, boutonnieres and other flower arrangements herself.  Most of them contained baby's breath and greenery, which matched the hanging white wisteria at the reception. "All the bouquets and flowers were silk, but we did use real greenery for the guest tables," Brynne says. "We also had an array of cut-glass vases on each reception table that my mom and I collected for a year. We went to thrift stores and garage sales in search of the perfect ones." Guests got a boost of energy with coffee from a bicycle-driven cart, and they satisfied their sweet tooth with wedding cake and macarons.
Our favorite #MakeTradition moment: "Neither of us is religious so we just had our friend officiate, and it was short, sweet and to the point," the couple says.
