A Classic Spring-Inspired Wedding at Sanctuary Golf Course in Sedalia, Colorado

Inspired by the spring season, Lora Piggot and Rick Fitzgerald had a classic spring wedding with a blue, yellow, red and purple color palette and tulips throughout the decor. They chose Sanctuary Golf Course in Sedalia, Colorado, for its rustic but elegant vibe with wood ceilings, gothic chandeliers and rock floors. Not wanting to compete with the beautiful venue, they kept decor to a minimum, lining the aisle with rocks and floating candles. They added their own twist on the unity ceremony tradition and exchanged roses before their first kiss. Lora wore a gorgeous strapless A-line dress with fabulous gold detailing around the waist. The bridesmaids wore purple dresses with soft beading around the waist to complement Lora’s look. Everyone carried tulips—Lora’s and the flower girl’s were white and the bridesmaids were yellow, white and purple. Even the stationery featured blooming red tulips and the centerpieces included red, purple, yellow and white tulips on top of royal blue table linens. At the end of the night, the couple enjoyed a three-tier ivory wedding cake decorated with cascading sugar flowers.
