Cora Piselli (29 and a physician assistant) and Brian McLean (31 and a physical therapist) met in graduate school living across the hall from each other in the dormitories. While in Montauk for Brian's 30th birthday, they were walking the dunes down by the ocean looking at a beautiful view when Cora turned around and he was on one knee. As a fan of beautiful scenery, Boscobel was the perfect setting for their outdoor wedding ceremony as it overlooks the Hudson Valley. Getting lucky with the weather, having only sunshine and a nice breeze, Cora and Brian's neutral inspired wedding was breathtaking. The floral arrangements brought out the orange and pink accents and popped against the gold, blush, and champagne colored bridesmaid dresses that Cora masterfully chose from ModCloth. Cora's wedding dress was a sleeveless white ball gown that made her look timeless. Cora and Brian wanted a relaxed reception with amazing food and entertainment. Dinner offered a steak, tuna or a chicken dish while a special polenta and fresh mozzarella vegetarian dish was made for Cora. As for the entertainment, Brian wanted a drummer with congo drums and snare drums as part of their DJ set up. The drummer really brought the party to the next level bringing infectious energy to the dance floor. With a live screen photo booth for guests during the reception, funny props and "nerd" glasses made for truly memorable photos. "Your dream wedding is going to consist of the feeling that you remember the rest of your life, not whether they sprinkled the correct number of flower petals on each table. Don't sweat the details!" says Cora.

"We got extremely lucky with the weather, it was sunny but with a beautiful breeze so no one was uncomfortable being outside," says Cora.
Celebratory Recessional Down the Aisle
"I ordered at least 30 dresses from ModCloth.com, and kept swapping them out to find 6 that I thought would fit each girl and looked good together," says Cora.
Cora wanted bright colors in the floral bouquets so they would pop against the neutral toned bridesmaid dresses.

"We also passed out different colored 'nerd' glasses towards the end of the wedding," says Cora.
"We have amazing pictures from that, both of our parents really got into it, silly hats and all," says Cora.
