A Classic Vineyard Wedding With an Elegant Twist at Leoness Cellars in Temecula, California

The vast outdoor space surrounded by vineyards and the indoor rustic barrel room with hanging chandeliers set the scene for an elegant, natural wedding at Leoness Cellars in Temecula, California. "Our first trip together was driving to Temecula for wine tasting," Joanne Huang (34 and a technical project manager) says of her marriage to Rainnier Guzman (37 and an e-commerce content manager). "Cellars was one of the wineries we visited, and we even made a joke about having a wedding there. When we visited the winery again last year, we quickly made the decision that it was destiny." And so, Joanne and Rainnier were married outside at the simple white wooden pergola that had a gorgeous backdrop of the distant mountains, captured on camera by True Photography Weddings. Madam Palooza helped decorate the aisle with ivory hydrangeas and purple roses arranged inside glass vases that were propped up on white-covered tables. Inside the winery's barrel room, dining tables dressed in champagne-colored linens were set with gold plates and pink napkins, decorated in the middle with colorful flowers placed on top of tall glass candelabras. Our favorite detail? Joanne's strapless ivory Alfred Angelo dress, which had Madeira lace accenting the bodice and trim of the train, along with crystal beading, sequins and rhinestones that added extra elegance. "Most people think the wedding is only for the bride to plan, or naturally the groom would just space out," Joanne says. "We actually had a lot of fun planning our wedding together, and appreciate each other's patience and opinions."
