There was no better place to have this vintage-inspired wedding than the Lindley-Scott House in Azusa, California, with its original 1911 elegance preserved. Brandy Gamoning (28 and a marketing manager) and John Mosby (28 and in human resources) chose a classic color palette of black, white and yellow that shaped a romantic look the couple had envisioned for their wedding day, captured by Altar Image Photography. The ceremony took place outside on the venue's patio, under a white wooden arch adorned with white hydrangeas and branches, arranged by Creative Floral Design. Bridesmaids wore black simple cocktail dresses while the groomsmen sported black tuxedos with matching bow ties; bright yellow calla lily bouquets added pops of color to the wedding party look. After the ceremony, guests were taken inside the estate and were seated at dining tables decorated with yellow and white arrangements of roses, hydrangeas and Queen Anne’s lace. Brandy and John share a love for oldies music, and we love that the DJ played classic songs that truly reflected the couple. “Each song was chosen for its meaning to us as a couple, from the Beatles' song that played during our walk down the aisle together to the Sam Cooke song we chose for our first dance,” the couple says. “The music really supported the classic, vintage feel of our wedding.”
