Nichole and JJ held an intimate wedding at the Desert Botanical Garden in Phoenix. A variety of cacti and desert blooms offered a unique, southwestern backdrop for the couple's nuptials. They incorporated an autumnal color palette into the decor, adding deep purple hues for a hint of drama, as well as sugar skulls and other southwestern-inspired details fitting of the wedding's locale.

To tie into the desert theme, the couple incorporated Mexican Talavera Tiles with bride and groom sugar skulls into the tablescapes.
JJ's boutonniere had a rustic flair with deep purple calla lilies and red eucalyptus seeds wrapped in twine.
The desert garden, full of an interesting mix of succulent cacti, gave the couple's photos a unique, southwestern vibe.
The flower girl walked down the aisle in a full green tulle skirt and crushed top, complemented by a green and white mum floral crown.
Hurricane vases were filled with candles, succulents and beans for desert-inspired centerpieces with a modern twist.
