This woodsy wedding makes us want to go camping! Inspired by the Wes Anderson film “Moonrise Kingdom,” Namia Ouldsfiya (26 and a teacher) and Jared Nixon (29 and an IT professional) loved the idea of being surrounded by the woods for their wedding. Hidden Hills Cabins in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, perfectly fit the casual, natural setting they were looking for. Plus, they could spend their wedding weekend relaxing there with their 12 guests. They chose a palette of red, golden yellow, salmon pink and shades of green to match the natural setting, and even surrounded the ceremony spot with little paper hearts and ribbons in the tree branches. Daisies, asters and baby’s breath created a wildflower look—Namia even wore a flower crown for a charming, outdoorsy touch. Following their intimate ceremony and a brief moment to dip their toes in the creek, Namia, Jared and their guests enjoyed a picnic-style dinner that included artisanal sandwiches, pasta salad and salad with drinks in enamel camping mugs and tins. And for dessert, they had wedding cake along with pies, cookies, and s’mores (because what’s camping without them?). See the prettiness below, captured by Hibben Photography.

Jared's brother, Christopher, who introduced Namia and Jared, officiated their intimate outdoor wedding ceremony. The wedding arch had red, green and yellow flowers on draped neutral fabric to tie in to the color theme, and guests sat on picnic benches.
Jared went for a casual, vintage look in a tan vest suit with a chambray bow tie. His wooden boutonniere suited the woodland setting.
Namia held a wildflower-inspired bouquet of yellow and white daisies and baby's breath to continue the natural, boho wedding theme.
Red, yellow and green ribbon streamers, pennant flags and paper hearts decorated the outdoor wedding space where Namia and Jared said "I do."
The best part about the Hidden Hills Cabins in Broken Bow, Oklahoma, was that Namia, Jared and their 12 guests could stay and relax for the weekend, surrounded by beautiful nature.
Namia and Jared had a vintage-inspired cake with the same polka-dot motif as Namia's dress. The topper was a pair of Polaroid pictures of Namia and Jared surrounded by mini pennant flags.
Namia wore a yellow and white daisy and baby's breath flower crown to tie in the boho, woodland wedding theme.
