It must be fate when a couple matches online and gets set up on a blind date by family friends at exactly the same time. That’s how it happened for Jessica Israel (28 and in advertising) and Ross Albert (30 and a security and risk consultant), whose undeniable chemistry quickly blossomed into love. Their country club wedding began with a traditional Jewish ceremony indoors, where the couple wed beneath a Chuppah overflowing with white orchids and roses. Guests were greeted with champagne and strawberries as they migrated to the ballroom, which was filled white florals in glass vases. The decadent cocktail hour included six food stations, each serving a different cuisine from around the world, passed hors d'oeuvres and a sushi and raw bar. After helpings of rose-covered wedding cake, everyone spent the rest of the night on the dance floor. Jessica and Ross shared the best piece of advice they received: “[S]tick together on your wedding day! You don’t want to have the day pass by and realize you weren't together and that you have different memories of your day. Hold hands and stay as close as possible.”
