Two years after Chantel Telemacque (28 and a logistics analyst) and Qaadir (Q) Williams (29 and a financial advisor) met through Match.com, Q popped the question. He rented out the restaurant where the couple had their first date and invited Chantel’s friends and family to be in attendance as he proposed. “Everything went so fast I can barely remember everything, but Q told me that I said yes. He appears to have many credible witnesses, so I guess I did,” says Chantel. Within just nine months the couple planned a white, gold and blush accented indoor wedding. Wanting their families to enjoy a vacation as well as the wedding, the couple chose Coral Gables Country Club near Miami, Florida, as their venue. A wedding planner through the country club, Lauren McDonald, helped them to complete their vision for the day. “I wanted a romantic, classic look. Something very feminine. Nothing too trendy that I would question in 30 years!” says Chantel. The ceremony space was decorated with lines of gold chiavari chairs, crystal chandelier lighting, an ivory curtain backdrop and two arrangements of hydrangea and roses at the front of the aisle. After Chantel and Q were wed, the couple’s 85 guests entered a cocktail hour of Spanish cuisine before moving into their reception space. Pink uplighting filled the room as each round table was accented with ivory linens, tall hydrangea and rose centerpieces and gold chiavari chairs. After dinner, all were treated to a three-tiered white wedding cake. The couple spent their night celebrating with guests and dancing to a DJ before taking a festive sparkler exit.

Each of Chantel's bridesmaids wore a pale pink floor-length one-shoulder dress and carried a white hydrangea bouquet.
Chantel paired her Lillian West mermaid wedding dress with silver Badgley Mischka heels and simple jewelry.
Chantel complemented her wedding dress with a romantic pink rose bouquet and curled side-swept hairstyle.
Chantel and Q’s First Look
Chanel and Q accented their ceremony with gold chiavari chairs, draped neutral fabric, romantic flower petals and two lush floral arrangements alongside the altar.
The couple decorated their ceremony with two arrangements of pink roses, white roses and white hydrangeas atop tall clear glass vases.
Chantel walked down the aisle in a white mermaid Lillian West wedding dress, which she found at Bel Fiore Bridal in Georgia. She paired the dress with silver Badgley Mischka wedding shoes. Q complemented her with a Black and White tuxedo.
The couple decorated their reception with white chargers, gold chiavari chairs, ivory linens and tall floral centerpieces in shades of white and pink.
Chantel and Q’s First Dance
In lieu of a traditional guest book, the couple asked friends and family to write date night ideas on pink and gold accented wooden sticks.
After an outfit change, Chantel and Q left their reception under a sparkler archway created by their 85 guests.
