A Garden-Inspired Museum Wedding at the Cleveland Museum of Art in Cleveland, Ohio
The architecture and beautifully designed spaces at the Cleveland Museum of Art served as the ideal setting that Jackie Mueller (26 and a brand manager) and Bryan Misencik (25 and a business analyst) wanted for their urban, garden-inspired wedding in Cleveland, Ohio. Since flowers played such a big part in the theme of their nuptials, the bouquets created by Plantscaping and Blooms ended up being nothing short of gorgeous—from the ivory and blush bridal bouquet filled with garden roses, dahlias and succulents to the bridesmaid bouquets that had similar flowers in bright purple hues. The ceremony took place outside the museum with a backdrop of the lagoon, needing little decor besides the rose petals covering the aisle and flower arrangements where Jackie and Bryan shared their first kiss. For the reception inside the atrium, so much natural lighting flooded the space through large glass windows that guests felt as though they were still outside. Round dining tables had bird nests, wooden boxes and birch pots that brought the garden vibe to life, filled with flowers arrangements we loved—ranging from hydrangeas to dahlias and accents of ivy that reflected the blue, purple and green palette.
