“We didn't select a color palette for the wedding," Lily Bieber-Ham (26 and owner of Lily B. & Co.) and Aaron Gittleman (27 and a US Marine Corps pilot) say of their vintage celebration. "Instead we aimed to create an authentic fairy tale environment through candlelight and greenery” And they did it all in less than two months! Every detail from their circular leaf-lined invitations and the greenery-covered mantel to their vintage escort cards followed the garden-inspired theme. To make it even more romantic and cozy, Lily and Aaron had white candles at different heights all over Pomme, their venue in Radnor, Pennsylvania. But what made the day even more special were the multiple contributions by their friends. Lily's bridesmaid from Merely Mere did the calligraphy on their vintage escort cards; her other friend from Lock And Key Confectionery did all the chocolate-dipped animal cracker wedding favors; and her friend from preschool, Tiffany of Tiffany Chalk Designs, made sure everything fit together seamlessly. Of course, there were far more details to this January fete. Catch every moment as it was beautifully captured by Robyn Photography, below.

As the owner of Lily B. & Co., a jewelry and accessories company, it was no surprise that Lily made each accessory. She used fabric rose petals and classic gemstones to decorate her headband with a design that fit their natural decor.
Round Diamond Ring in Unique Setting
Her bouquet was fit for an enchanted garden. Designed by Judy Suarez, their florist, pink and red roses and red peonies were surrounded by lush greenery. Eucalyptus and leaves from an evergreen tree brought in their natural flair.
"We fell in love with the beautiful rustic elegance of Pomme," Lily says. "We knew it wouldn't take much to transform it into the romantic candlelit room we imagined." Lily and Aaron chose decor that only enhanced the space. Rows of gold chiavari chairs faced a chic vintage fireplace for the ceremony.
Talk about chic! Lily wanted a completely nontraditional look and pulled it off with this stunning two-piece look by Watters. The structured lace bodice was paired with a floor-length chiffon skirt that flowed as she walked or danced. Since she wore flats, which Lily says was the best decision for her, she was able to turn around on dance floor the entire night.
Each woman took on a different look that was nothing short of glam. Combining black and metallics, they wore stunning floor-length dresses from different designers. The styles ranged from classic solid black fabric and V-necks to sheer panels and illusion necklines.
Vintage-Inspired Escort Card on Rocking Chair
For the escort cards, Lily turned to her friend and bridesmaid from Merely Mere. She designed the stationery and gave it that vintage feel by hand-dipping each one with tea bags. Then she used her practiced skill in calligraphy to give them an added elegant flair. Lush greenery surrounded each row to tie in their forest-like theme.
Chic Down Hairstyles and Updo
Lush Evergreen and Rose Chair Accent
Lily and Aaron wanted every part of the reception to be filled with candlelight and greenery, so Tiffany Chalk Events and Judy Suarez, their florist, did just that. The tablescapes were lined with runners of seeded eucalyptus and leaves from evergreen trees, creating an enchanted forest-like ambience. This was enhanced with tons of candlelight that shined from glass cylinder vases.
"The hope was to provide a cozy setting where everyone felt comfortable, like a big dinner party," Lily says. Their sweetheart table alone resembled just that, with tons of low candlelight and a roaring fire right behind them. Garlands of greenery also lined the space for that homey feel. The gold chiavari chairs, fireplace mantel and sweetheart table were all decorated with the natural accents and some red peonies for an added, rich color.
Their naked confection from Desserts by Dana was completely original. The three-tier vanilla, chocolate and almond wedding cake was separated with buttercream frosting and topped with red roses. Evergreen leaves and tealight candles circles the base, but what really caught our attention was the topper. They took bride-and-groom-inspired squirrel figurines and placed them on top of the cake. Now that's something we didn't expect!
