A Garden Wedding at The Club Continental in Jacksonville, Florida

Abbey LeBlanc (27, a pharmacist) and Adam Johnston (33, works in finance) met just three days before they graduated from the University of Florida. Their cruise ship proposal story was nothing short of memorable. “The deck was super windy and my hair was blowing in my face getting stuck in my sticky lip gloss,” says Abbey. “My earring fell out when he was trying to begin his speech about how lucky he is to have me. I didn't have a clue what was going on, but it ended up being beautiful and so exciting for us.” Abbey and Adam were wed nine months later under a romantic 300-year-old oak tree draped in Spanish moss at The Club Continental in Jacksonville, Florida. The pale blue, gray and lavender accented celebration was surrounded by lush greenery. As Abbey, Adam and their 95 guests entered the reception, each was met with a rustic silver and black seating chart. The room was decorated with white linens, tan fabric covered chairs and succulent centerpieces. All enjoyed a buffet dinner, DJ and wedding cake. “We had a blast dancing with all of our guests the whole night, it couldn't have been a more perfect day for us,” says Abbey.
