A Glam Black-and-White Wedding at Southern Oaks Plantation in New Orleans, Louisiana

Richelle Hilaire (26 and a radiology technologist) and Anthony Sparks (27 and a police officer) met in middle school. Many years later Anthony contacted her on Facebook and asked her out. "And the rest is history," Richelle says. "I still can't believe I married Anthony from eighth grade!" After a traditional church wedding, the couple and their guests went to Southern Oaks Plantation in New Orleans, Louisiana, for dinner and dancing. "I love the plantation style, but it also was classy and elegant," Richelle says. The couple chose a simple yet chic black-and-white palette with accents of blush pink and bling. Although they live in Dallas, Texas, the New Orleans natives planned a Big Easy-inspired bash complete with a second line brass band and a New Orleans Saints groom's cake. —Meghan Overdeep
