A Glam, Rustic Industrial Wedding at Blanc in Denver, Colorado

Bold burgundy popped among a natural color palette at Dana Hilton (23 and a paraeducator for children with special needs) and Jordan Spratt’s (24 and industrial organizational psychology practitioner) chic celebration, which blended a city vibe with bohemian greenery.

“We really lucked out with how easy it was to combine these two styles, but Blanc was truly the perfect venue to do so,” Dana says. Two lounge areas—one inside and one outside—featured white furniture with tribal-pattern pillows for guests to relax. The florals used every bit of the color palette and more, while adding lush greenery for a bohemian touch.

The couple chose a simple pink champagne cake with strawberry filling and whipped buttercream icing.

“My bouquet was probably at least 20 pounds,” Dana says. “Having such extravagant florals may not be for every bride, but I have always loved flowers, greenery and all things natural, so I knew florals would be a big part of our day.” Custom-made stationery included hand-painted watercolor mountains on the envelope lining.

“We wanted our guests to be excited not only about coming to our wedding, but coming to Colorado as well,” Dana says.

“We had everyone important in our lives together conversing, laughing and sharing in our happiness,” Dana says of she and Jordan taking a moment to look around the room at the reception. White tablecloths played off the name of the venue, while burgundy satin napkins, gold flatware and metallic hanging décor dazzled.
