A Modern Glam Wedding at Keep Memory Alive in Las Vegas, Nevada

That dazzling building is called Keep Memory Alive in Las Vegas, Nevada, and a wedding here means dramatic, curved metal architecture and a one-of-a-kind ballroom with a literal twist. But Kelley Mulroy (27 and a communications professional) and Dave Waynert (28 and a special events professional) know that the best part of Keep Memory Alive means giving back—100 percent of the cost of using the space goes toward brain health research, a cause that hits close to home for them. Their entire wedding day revolved around family, beginning with a heartfelt ceremony in St. Viator Catholic Church, which Kelley has attended her entire life. Naakiti Floral Design added a contemporary touch with bursting floral arrangements atop geometric mirror pillars, which framed Kelley and Dave as they said “I do.” Wedding planner Open Invitation created a modern glam atmosphere throughout the celebration with silver, white and lavender decor. As a meaningful way to say thank-you to their guests, Kelley and Dave honored their beloved dog, Shea, by making a donation to the Las Vegas Humane Society and giving everyone dog bone-shaped sugar cookies to take home.
