Ever since they began attending Christ Church Cathedral in Indianapolis, Indiana, Jillian Haut (26 and a graduate student) dreamed of getting married there. Little did she know then that Evan Wise (26 and a project manager) would propose to her on the steps of that very church. After a heartwarming ceremony in the beautiful church, Jillian and Evan hosted their reception at Canal 337, a loft-style event venue with beautiful views of downtown Indianapolis, Indiana. They chose a soft, romantic palette of blush, sage and ivory to decorate the modern space. Dining tables were covered in textured sage tablecloths and lined with bronze candelabras with pink and ivory flower arrangements. Paper lanterns hung above the dance floor, adding height and dimension to the room. "I think the overall atmosphere and vibe of our reception really reflected us as a couple," Jillian says. "It was elegant and romantic, yet at the same time it was fun and exciting." The wedding party dressed in modern, romantic attire to match the wedding style, with bridesmaids in floor-length blush dresses and Evan and his groomsmen in charcoal gray suits and black ties. Jillian herself wore a beautiful trumpet-style lace wedding dress with a beaded belt and a cathedral-length veil. Jillian and Evan ended the night with a candy bar, an ivory wedding cake and dancing to music provided by Tim Fuller Entertainment. Dauss FOTO captured the day.

Jillian's bridesmaids wore floor-length dresses in blush, which they bought from Bella Bridesmaids. They carried ivory and blush bouquets with roses and peonies.
