A Modern Museum Wedding at Crocker Art Museum in Sacramento, California

Jaclyn Chen (31 and an urologist) and Rouzbeh Mostaedi (35 and a surgeon) love art and wanted that elegance and culture to be present on their wedding day. The couple chose to hold their wedding at the Crocker Art Museum, with a ceremony in the modern art gallery and a reception in the  historic ballroom built in the 1800s. The couple chose a purple and gold color palette to complement the colors found in the museum. The bouquets, boutonnieres and centerpieces were a vibrant splash of color with purple and pink orchids and yellow daffodils. Jaclyn's lace gown paired with the groomsmen's classic black suits and the bridesmaid's gold dresses rounded out the elegant, classic vibe of the wedding.
