A Nature-Filled Jewish Wedding at Orange Lawn Tennis Club in South Orange, New Jersey
From the birch-wood huppah to the baby’s breath escort-card display, Natalie Pascarella (29 and a grant writer) and Ryan Raichilson’s (29 and a law administrator) green and white wedding was just the right mix of natural and rustic. Studio A Images captured every moment as the couple started their day with a sweet outdoor ceremony at Orange Lawn Country Club. “We fell in love with the gorgeous setting the moment we laid eyes on it,” says Natalie. Their decor highlighted the park venue in an organic way. Lines of baby’s breath accented the ceremony space, and Louisa Testa, the couple’s florist, designed a grand huppah for the head of the aisle, with white roses and greenery surrounding the base of each post and white blooms on the canopy. Natalie’s lush white bouquet complemented the huppah beautifully as she walked up the aisle in a Maggie Sottero trumpet lace wedding dress from Kleinfeld Bridal. After Ryan broke the glass, the couple and their guests ended the night with a fun reception. Low and tall arrangements of white hydrangeas, greenery and roses accented each table against gold linens. Another standout detail: the ivory wedding cake. With overflowing blooms around the room, Heather Barranco Dreamcakes provided a simpler design and baked a four-tier confection with a single orange rose cake flower. After a bite, Natalie and Ryan finished off their celebration on the dance floor. Natalie shares a tip: “As you plan your wedding and its many details, remember to enjoy each moment and each other!”
