Stephanie didn’t let their springtime wedding date steer her away from using her favorite colors—even though they’re slightly autumnal. In the end, a warm palette of orange, yellow and green worked perfectly for their vintage, nautical day.

The couple kept the ceremony decor simple, opting for orange paper lanterns along the aisle and flower-topped wine barrels at the altar.
Roses, ranunculus, orchids, anemones and tulips filled the bright, cheerful bridal bouquet.
Condiments like sliced onion and chopped cilantro were waiting in a fun bucket and chalkboard display next to the barbecue station.
The celebration's events, times and major players were detailed on large chalkboards that were displayed at the ceremony.
The reception was held in a large tent, where tables were topped with orange linens and a combination of driftwood and paper lanterns hung from the ceiling.
Cups of warm lobster bisque were a natural at the seaside celebration. From cups of lobster bisque to small tacos to barbecue, we had something for everyone, says Stephanie.
Stephanie's strapless Mikaella gown was the fourth one she tried on and she just knew it was the one. She wore her hair in curls pulled to one side for a soft, romantic look.
Full, open tulips and ranunculus were paired with silver brunia and dusty miller on guest tables. Tin cans filled with flowers and Mason jar votives surrounded each centerpiece.
A variety of vintage objects like crates, baskets, crocks and suitcases were decorated with fresh flowers in the day's palette.
The ceremony was held outside right next to the water. Two wine barrels, topped with rustic floral arrangements, stood on either side of the altar area.
Rustic arrangements of manzanita branches, flowers and greenery were wrapped in burlap at the altar. Single blooms hung from the branches, adding even more texture.
The men wore single orange ranunculus blooms, accented with silver brunia berries, on their lapels.
“One of Jake’s must-haves was barbecue. Our caterer came up with the best and most elegant barbecue menu possible,” Stephanie says. A custom chalkboard display held a wide (and necessary!) array of sauces and fixings for guests to help themselves to.
A timeless halo of diamonds surrounded the center stone in Stephanie's engagement ring.
The flower girls wore gray ballet-length dresses, and accessorized with Tiffany & Co. Knot necklaces--a gift from the bride.
All nine bridesmaids held vivid bunches of silver brunia, dusty miller, Mokara orchids, ranunculus and roses in the day’s colors.
