A Navy and Green Wedding at Atlanta National Golf Club in Milton, Georgia

Navy and apple green were more than just a pretty pair of wedding colors for Megan Boggs (25 and a physical therapist) and David Boggs (26 and a physical therapist). Inspired by the strength and stability of an anchor, Megan’s sorority symbol, they chose to evoke this theme with navy, along with apple green accents to represent Megan’s favorite color. Since their wedding took place in apple season, Flowers by Holland mixed ripe green apples into the decor with the flowers. The Atlanta National Golf Club in Milton, Georgia, provided the setting for their wedding day—well suited for David, an avid golfer—from their covered outdoor ceremony overlooking the golf course to their ballroom reception. The club also offered plenty of patios and bar areas for mingling, along with a dining room and dance floor. Guests jammed out to '90s music by the TC Show, and Megan and David even shared their first dance to “This I Promise You” by 'NSync. Every detail of their wedding day, captured by Julie Anne Photography, was meaningful and reflected who they are as a couple. See below.

Megan carried an all-white bouquet with a navy bouquet wrap. The arrangement consisted of garden roses mixed with daisies and hydrangeas.
Megan's shoes fit right into her style and wedding colors: The navy satin peep-toe heels had lace appliques that matched the lace on her dress.
Megan's bridesmaids wore long navy dresses with flower appliques along the one-shoulder strap. "My bridesmaids loved how comfortable and flowing the dresses were, and they provided enough support to dance the night away," Megan says.
The bridesmaids carried green and white bouquets of roses, chrysanthemums, hypericum berries and green dianthus.
David wore a single white ranunculus boutonniere with sprigs of eucalyptus wrapped in navy.
Megan and golf-enthusiast David had their ceremony on a veranda overlooking the golf course. Atlanta National Golf Club in Milton, Georgia, offered a covered outdoor space that allowed their 140 guests to be comfortably seated without the chance of rain interrupting their plans.
Blue glasses filled with white and green flowers, including chrysanthemums and roses, decorated the aisle at Megan and David's covered outdoor ceremony.
David wore a tux with a black vest, bow tie and pocket square. His boutonniere, a single white ranunculus wrapped in navy, matched Megan's bouquet and tied in the wedding colors to his look.
Megan and David's reception took place just a short walk up the stairs from their ceremony. The dining tables had white and navy tablecloths with mismatched centerpieces in white and green, including apples.
Flowers by Holland designed several types of high and low centerpieces for the dining tables, including green apples in tins and vases to tie in the theme.
Green apples in tall glass vases, accented with white hydrangeas and Bells of Ireland, enhanced the fall, apple-inspired colors of Megan and David's wedding.
Megan and David's cake had white swirls on all three tiers, channeling the intricate pattern on their metallic cake stand. Their cake topper, also their new monogram, sparkled silver to match.
In addition to their wedding cake, Megan and David had a doughnut tower. A red and blue drizzle covered the three-tier tower atop a metallic square cake stand.
Megan and David love jamming out to '90s bands at home or in the car. They shared their first dance to 'NSync's "This I Promise You."
