Every part of Jami Eades (27 and an analyst) and Chad Eades’s (33 and a teacher) wedding was filled with their favorite things—right down to the location. “Both of us absolutely love Florida, so much so that we are now living here,” Jami says. “We figured if our family was going to have to travel regardless, they might as well be able to make a vacation out of it.” They filled the Paradise Cove in Orlando, Florida, with everything they love: Jami's favorite tulips in floating centerpieces from Flowers by Lesley, a basketball-themed guest book, a Batman cake topper. But what really made the day super-personal, was the music. Both Jami and Chad are huge fans of music from the 1990s and early 2000s, so they turned to their DJ, Chuck Johnson, for the perfect wedding remix. “Any wedding that has multiple people doing choreography to 'Nsync's "Bye Bye Bye" is the kind of wedding that I want to be a part of,” Jami says. Catch every ultra-personalized moment of their day, beautifully captured by Lora Rodgers Photography, below.

After three years of dating Jami, Chad proposed during a sweet evening at home. “We are both pretty introverted, so a flashy proposal wouldn't have suited either of our styles,” Jami says. He gave her a classic round diamond solitaire with matching diamonds all over the ring. Her wedding ring matched it perfectly. As for Chad, he wanted something a little more understated and went with a sleek titanium ring.
Jami wanted her bridesmaids to stand out during the ceremony, so she picked out long dresses in a can’t-miss hue. Each woman wore a floor-length tutti-frutti fuchsia gown with a strapless sweetheart neckline that Jami picked out from the Dessy Group. A single ruffle detail accented the skirt for an extra touch.
“Paradise Cove was the perfect location for our wedding,” Jami says. “The landscaping of the venue along with the view of the lake was perfect for the beach theme we were going for.” Not wanting to take away from the natural view, Jami and Chad simply used rows of white folding chairs to seat their guests and the venue’s wooden wedding arch as their decor. Two arrangements of white roses and purple astilbes also decorated the altar. “When your venue has so much natural beauty, you don't have to do much else,” Jami says.
With delicate, ivory detailing throughout her dress, Jami wanted only a few accessories. She picked out this short, ivory veil trimmed with delicate beading and Swarovski crystals. It rested perfectly along her down curled hairstyle and enhanced her classic look.
Her bouquet was nothing short of chic. She picked out an organic arrangement from Flowers by Lesley to highlight their natural setting. Ivory roses were paired with pink calla lilies, matching pink astilbes and bold seeded eucalyptus. Every stem was brought together by pink lace and champagne ribbon for a hint of vintage flair.
Chad knew exactly what he wanted for his look and had every piece just two months into their engagement. He went with his groomsmen to JoS. A. Bank and chose a light gray suit with a matching white shirt, white pocket square and silver tie. As for the footwear, he went with a pair of brown dress shoes.
Since their first conversation involved Lebron James and Kobe Bryant, it was only fitting that Jami and Chad have a basketball as their guest book. It showed off their hobby and also gave them a keepsake from their day.
“Tulips are my absolute favorite flower, so I wanted them incorporated in the wedding,” Jami says. Each table was lined with a gold glitter runner below a trio of floating pink and white tulips. The cylinder vases also had white tealight candles above every flower for an elegant touch.
With a DIY number on every guest's table, Jami wanted to make sure their sweetheart table was just as personalized. She went to Hobby Lobby and picked out regal gold goblets as well as matching votives. Tealight candles filled each one. She also marked their seats with silver-framed “Mr.” and “Mrs.” frames.
Their carefree personalities definitely came out in their wedding cake. Jami and Chad went with a classic, single-tier cake covered with blush rosettes. But what really caught our attention was the topper—a black, “Mr.” and “Mrs.” Batman-inspired design.
“Once I tried the dress on and saw the beautiful eyelash lace detail around the sweetheart neckline, I was sold,” Jami says. The romantic, ivory lace was her favorite part of the Allure look and covered every inch of the champagne underlay. Carrying a vintage-inspired style, the chapel-length, ivory train even wrapped into a perfect bustle as Jami and Chad danced around the reception at Paradise Cove in Orlando, Florida.
